The chocolate is really good and the staff is always friendly! Is it overpriced? 100%. But are the treats tasty? Yeah.It falls short of 5 stars based solely on the exorbitant prices. (i.e. the chocolate covered Oreos are $12+ for five cookies)

Simply terrible experience . Chip on the shoulder . Purchased over 250 usd for New Years . Poor communication skills . Elaine looked like manager knew it all . I am supposed to be chocolate expert . I would not come here again

Went to the mall w/ the kids for trick or treat due to the rain. Got there by 6pm and all the stores were out of candy. All the kids in the mall were hugely disappointed especially when the mall was adverting candy would be available til 8pm. Youd figure at least Godiva, a chocolate shop would have some candy for the kids, but they had none and were not quite friendly about it either. Were not expecting fancy chocolate, and they have plenty of cheaper, individually wrapped candy for sale on display. They could have easily made many life long customers by being one of the only stores giving out candy to the kids, but instead they just lost an entire group of disappointed kids as customers.

Came in to buy truffles. I picked up a box examined it an put it back a salesperson came out of the back room and straightened the box that I touched and looked at me and asked me if I needed help. I walked out. Never will I spend my money here.

Lot of goodies. A courteous and attentive staff. Great people, very easy to deal with. Its a friendly atmosphere.
