Dont miss the Christmas Holiday sale! Amazing merchandise. Fabulous fresh ideas for everyone who values home, family and friends. Its a wonderful time of the year. Merry Christmas to one and all!
Its a Willians and Sonoma.
Cheyann was very pleasant and helpful. Made the ordering/ checkout process easy.
The best place to shop for professional and not so professional cooks. What I love most is the lack of Made In China cookware and bakeware. Those little kitchen gadgets that you may not think you need will come in handy one day. The Only Place to shop for your kitchen needs.
Fantastic staff!
Oh man I feel like a kid in a candy shop when I walk into this store. The sheer amount of different kitchen gadgets and accessories is staggering and it’s all laid out for you to pickup, hold and examine. Often times I’ll walk in just to “look around” but I’ll leave with something I didn’t even know I wanted. They have all the brand name items you’d expect when it comes to kitchenware, espresso machines, pots/pans, and edible treats...but what i love most are the Williams-Sonoma branded stuff! It’s often priced really well and the quality is on par with, if not better than, competing name brand stuff. (Hello marshmallow s’more bites and peanut brittle!)It’s also the perfect spot to buy gifts for the cook/baker/drinker in your life! There’s literally something for everyone and it’s usually already decorated for whatever holiday you need!Pro-tip: throughout the day they even do samples of the products. Last time I was in there I had a bite of delicious lasagna!
Purchased an $150 William Sonoma bar tool set for the holidays. Within 3 months the bottom of the mixer fell off for no reason. Took it into the store and was told that William Sonoma items have only a 30 day warranty. Why spend 3x normal retail for quality products that fall apart and then have no warranty. Even Kohls backs up their products better. Was even told if I had purchased one of the 3rd party items sold in the store Id have a better warranty than the stuff william sonoma puts their name on.Likely never buy Sonoma again.
Great store for people into world class cooking
Beautiful products and very helpful workers
William Sonoma has everything a budding or experienced cook/chef could need except a flavor palate...all under one roof. The store is staffed by experienced, knowlegable sales people that seem to love their work.I never go there to buy any, but somehow always leave with a bag.
They did not have the item I was looking for but the sales clerk was very helpful despite my disappointment.
Great place for fancy kitchen supplies
Anyone who knows about cooking knows about Williams Sonoma! Fabulous cookware, small appliances and kitchen tools as well as top notch linens and dinnerware! Expert cooking classes and tips available too!
Kitchen equipment overload! All the stuff you didnt know that you needed! Lots of basics, lots of frills. Lots of fun just looking for that unique item to gift or take to your kitchen.
Love this store even more when there is a sale, :)
Always a pleasure to shop there. Sales associates are very helpful and courteous.
I really like their selection of kitchen quipment
Love everything about this store. A must go.
Williams Sonoma is my favorite cooking 🍳 store both online and in White Plains at The Westchester. I love ❤️ their Picardie Glass Tumblers, economical glassware made in France. Although theyre made to be unbreakable, they chip in the dishwasher. Wash this glassware by hand. I also have the Williams Sonoma white china dinnerware with the matching creamer. Cooking essentials include kitchen utensils with ceramic holders. William Sonoma has delicious recipes that are online exclusives from pizza 🍕 to homemade bread. Not inexpensive but well worth the price, Williams Sonoma is your go to kitchen supply store for upscale products. Order online with complete confidence and outstanding customer service. I love 💗this online kitchen store its absolutely fabulous.
Fantastic service
Just go to Crate & Barrel
#greatservice but no new stock and saw the same things found a few months ago.
Williams Sonoma has traditionally been the place for high end cookware and accessories. Sales representatives were like the products, a notch above what you might find in a department store. They were professional, knowledgeable about the various products and helpful. On a recent visit to the store at the Westchester (it was a Sunday afternoon and they admitted to being short staffed), I was treated rudely. The manager was trying to care for two complex returns and unavailable. The young woman who assisted me was brash and bossy with the others at the service desk. I had questions about a Jura coffee maker, but the person staffing the front desk was not informed. I was asked to step aside with my return and purchase while others made theirs. Three different sales persons started to help me, but the service desk was so disorganized, they turned away to do something different. The loud salesperson was finally the one to help me (after a 20-30 minute wait). And when all was said and done, she was knowledgeable. Others in line were puzzled, were commenting about the disorganization and rudeness, etc. (so it wasnt just me). When I asked for a gift box for my purchase, the clerk gave me (a bit roughly) a box with a ripped cover filled with old tissue paper. The Pottery Barn/WS brand has class and high quality products and glossy, inspirational magazines and websites. This was NOT the Williams Sonoma brand.
