Their clothing is incredibly cheaply manufactured. My beloved eldest daughter has been ill treated by the Manager at The Westchester Mall, whose given name is Samantha. She had the absolute gall to tell me that, since my daughter is now 18, she is legally able to make her own decisions in spite of her being intimidated by her manager’s schedule. My daughter doesn’t have a driver’s license and doesn’t want one. Her hours today were preposterous. I have extremely bad health and don’t wish for her to be waiting for me at the corner of a busy intersection, especially when nightfall is arriving. Samantha told me that she was “uncomfortable” with speaking with me and certainly doesn’t care about the safety of Club Monaco’s employees and hung up on me even though I was quite polite and firm. Clearly, Samantha and Club Monaco don’t care about their employees safety one iota. She is compassionately without any. Don’t squander your hard earned money there and especially don’t allow your daughters to work there for safety reasons.Super cheap, cheap and overpriced clothing to boot.

Great service! the clothes all fit perfectly and I can tell that our helper (katelynn) really enjoys her job, and made my shopping experience enjoyable too!
