Very slow service, long lines not well staff on weekends at all and they are rude to top it off! Save yourself the headache

Very long lines and slow service. Staff was not welcoming nor helpful.

I dont see anything standing out in this store that is not sold in other stores but the prices are the highest I have seen anywhere else and Im not sure why? Terrible 👎

Very small mens section with small variety of clothing. You may get lucky to find something worth picking up, just hope your size is available.

Used to love going there, the staff used to be nice and helpful. I did have a bad experience last time I went, a short girl with dark dark was extremely rude and condescending. Absolutely zero customer service. There are definitely better locations elsewhere.

Worst customer service ever. Called to place hard to find items on hold and then had someone call me back 5 minutes later saying a customer in store wanted them so they were voiding my hold. Ash-the manager on duty was rude and respect customer because “they are busy and can not spend anymore time”. Worst customer service

The shoe selection is EXTREMELY limited. Any for the fashion that they have displayed for this upcoming spring is way overpriced. I used to love UO, now its just hit or miss. Their accessories are nice! Some of their frivolous decor (if you wanted to decorate your office or vanity room) caught my attention, but those too were overpriced... wait til they go on sale.

This location has helpful staff. Not always able to find everything I am looking for due to total stock of store. Great for quick shopping .When it gets busy it is hard to find help though.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. They helped me with purchasing an item that didnt have a tag and was the last one in the store and even gave me a 10% discount.

Of two minds about this chain, on one hand its fun and quirky and kinda pricey on the other hand Ive heard rumors about how they copy work from artists meh, maybe its an urban legion? Either way I dont personally hate the chain....sigh.

Urban outfitters is a limited clothing store that doesnt cater to the average person. Its essentially a privileged teen clothing store with unusual trinkets that are overpriced. Visit it for ideas and scan your heart out with an Amazon app to get better deals.And please, PLEASE, DONT BUY VINYL HERE. Its way OVER priced. And POORLY PRESSED! There records have tab pressings on the edges where the manufacturing process didnt stamp the record properly. The labels are barely on the vinyl as well. Try an antique store and have fun adding to your record collection and learn about artists along the way.

This place is like no other. Clothes, shoes, record albums and more. You have to stop by. The prices are good too.

You will find everything to create your own style of dress. Modern and casual. Of course according to the season. In addition to the change of season many things will have super discounts. But even without change the prices are excellent, considering that the clothes and accessories are of good quality. A visit to the WestChester mall in White Plains will be good.
