Ohhhhh I do love dollar stores!! The store offers a great variety of goods to their customers, nice!

Possibly my favorite store in America. Why pay 5 or ten times as much for basic items, when you can get them for a buck? Quick tip, go on a Sunday - they restock for the week on Saturday and Saturday night.

The store is clean, well stocked, and organized. They have Fall and Halloween decorations now. It was a little bit crowded when we went. You must wear a mask!!!

The dollar tree has the best prices. Cant go wrong coming here!

This store is a hot mess. Boxes all over the place, usually 1 cashier who is slower than a snail. Shelves are never stocked.

You want to wait 20 minutes in line while the Cashiers are on their phones texting?...then this is the place. Nobody works nobody knows what they are doing and the management is completely nonexistent. Enter at your own risk because if you’re buying something you’re not leaving anytime soon. The Horror!

I have been to many dollar trees and I know you cannot beat the price of paying only one dollar for the things in the store. I know what to expect, messy shelves and a massive line. However, this location is the worst location I have seen. There were more things in boxes and on the floor than the shelves. There werr trip hazards everywhere. When I saw unpacked bleach laying in the middle of the floor I was thinking someone could get hurt. There were more things in boxes then on the shelves. I came for one thing and they had it in stock. A dollar for decent Tupperware I cant complain. This place needs a little more maintenance because the result could be dangerous.

This location has a large selection of items but their service is slow. I spent a lot of time waiting to pay for my items.

Disheveled, a little dirty, it seems to be a social hangout for teens (who stank) and wasnt really stocked on the basics. There are 2 other Dollar Trees in the general area, never again will I come here.

They need to have more cashiers so the people thats going online you have to block the way cuz the line will move faster

* * MICE RUNNING OVER FOOD PRODUCTS* * I was walking in the aisle, I heard creatures scurrying being the boxes! Even though it smelled as if something died, I let it go and went to the snack aisle, once i got there, I was DISGUSTED to find mice droppings by the chips and dips!! LOOKS LIKE MICE ARE WALKING ALL OVER THIS STUFF! NASTY!!! NEVER BUY FOOD HERE OR ANYTHING!! MICE INFECTION!!! There are baby products here too one day someone that doesnt know is going to get really sick! Never going here again! STAY AWAY!!!

I called the store to see if something was in stock. The girl that picked up the phone basically said that shes at the register so she cant look to tell me and I need to go in myself in a rude tone. When asked to speak to the manager, she got on the phone. Kayla was her name. When told that that employee was rude, she did not even comment on it. When asked if something was in stock, she did not even look, she immediately answered no. The professionalism from Kayla and the other employee was disgusting. They need to learn to talk to customers and actually have good customer service.

Dollar tree is a real dollar store, lots of items, nicely organized, and dont ask them is it really only a dollar, lol it all is just a dollar. Love this store

Everythings a dollar cant beat that. Theres a freezer section as well. For all the teachers out there holiday/seasonal things get put out early and goes fast.

This is a good Dollar Tree. Wide isles and organized. Large selection of seasonal items always available.

This store pretty much has a good selection just you have to get whatever you need when the new shipment comes in

The reason the dollar tree looks like this is because they don’t hire enough workers. If two people are on the register there no one on the floor actually working. Most of the people working on the floor spend more time on their phones then working. They need to pay more and hire serious minded people and they do better

The girl is awesome!! Shes súper fast and attentive. She definitely deserves a raise salary wise.

Dollar Tree, stop of pack to the consumer into your store, do as are making many stores in White Plains. They should enter by group of 5 or 10, buy and go out and start the cycle again. STOP SPREAD TO COV-19. Most people that go to your store has a negligent behavior so do not put in jeopardy to one that care oneself as me and others. So the advice is simple: keep distance to your clients (not only in the cashier line) wear a mask (even other stores someone stops in the door and give a little sanitizer in the hand, before to buy)

To be honest this store probably doesn’t belong here. Has a lot of products all thrown around. The ladies kept yelling at each other. Overall products for a dollar but there are better dollar stores than this

Very crowded, but the line moved quickly and despite the crowds staff were professional and politeStore shelves practically empty with boxes waiting to be put on shelves. One criticism why werent the cold soda refrigerators not working. Really could have used a nice cold Pepsi, Coke or even a Grape soda. Of all the Dollar Stores in a 25 mile radius, this is the one to visit if you dont want to spend your life on line. KUDOS!!

Store was clean and organized. But the shelves were mainly empty. Wish the shelves had more product on it but glad the aisle were not filled with boxes that needed to be unloaded for restocking.Even though there was only one cashier line moved pretty quickly until someone wanted balloons.My only criticism is the music. Its Dollar Tree.If you dont know what that means? Its a dollar store in the most literal sense: Everything is a dollar, sometimes less. Unlike most dollar stores, you can get a lot of decent stuff here, like cleaning supplies, and food.You cant trust all the food you get from here, make sure you check every package for damage (which is frequent), or out of code merchandise (also sadly frequent).This location doesnt seem to be stocked efficiently, but it usually has what Im looking for, and you can pick up some decent deals in general.

Such a messy store!!! (Pre covid)- Boxes piled everywhere- Messy shelves with items just thrown on it OR shelves are empty- Broken items (bins, picture frames, etc)- Half eaten food in wrappersI actually feel bad and start organizing parts sometimes because it’s disgusting. Such a mess. Sometimes I’ll drive all the way to Pomona/West Haverstraw just to go to a decent dollar tree.

I personally love the dollar 🌲 store chain but this store for the passed 4 months has been empty. They have no food goods and only have the bare minimal. They need to either close the store or get their paperwork in order to be able to serve as a dollar 🌲 store.

The store looks way cleaner, neat, and nicer than the last time I was there. the only thing is that the store doesnt have food in the freezer. not even cookies, not even drinks....the store has been saying that the will bring the food soon, and its been more than 6 months and still waiting.....

A good price for decent products. Do not expect amazing quality, this is not The Westchester. The quality is pretty good and last some time, it depends on what you buy. The food is the best deal in my opinion.

If I could give less stars I would! I ordered items to the store almost a month ago. Ive been to the this store SEVERAL times to try to pick up my order (totally defeating the convenience of having to make several trips. The first time they said they didnt have my order I tried to hunt for the items in the very messy store. After a few minutes of digging through misplaced items, I gave up and decided to try back another time. The manager was so annoyed when he saw me that he walked away and suddenly I had to wait for someone to become available to help me. The third time, I tried calling the store before stopping by but the line was engaged for about half an hour. When I finally got through the associate who was suppose to be helping me started talking to another employee and walked away from the phone. 10 minutes later.... Ive finally hung up the phone and leaving this review. Dollar Tree, if your customer service is going to be impossible to reach can you please make sure you have the items readily available for sale in store? The service in this store is the absolute worst. Go else where if you can.

Dollar Tree socks because you got people that work there has two registers open and they got one line all the way back to the freezers they dont know what the hell theyre doing thats why Ill never go there again

The store is a little messy and they need more people at the registers but other than that the employees are really nice and helpful. Yesterday someone tried to steal something from the store and the sales associate Paul handle it in a really professional way. He didnt let that incident affect him and continued to help me. I was actually excited to see a new location in white plains, NY since I had to travel to their other locations like mount Vernon and new Rochelle. Either way great service awesome selections and a big plus for sturdy dog bowls and small bins for storage. It was the best kept secret but not anymore lol

This Dollar Store was great during grand opening. Its in a prime location downtown WP. Many nice items, variety of merchandise. Unfortunately lately the store is going downhill. There is only one girl at register and all the shelves are empty. Merchandise is there but its huge mess, boxes on pallets. I suggest you hire more people to work and give this great store a chance. It has great potential but give employees the tools to do their job. Unwise this store will be closed my Christmas. I hope to see positive changes soon.

I went their to buy general stationary items such as charts or maps etc but there were none. Place is really messy. Go to Dollar store in Galleria its much better and well equipped with almost everything

Shelves were almost bare, with 5 or 6 fully loaded carts in the front of the store with boxes to be put on the shelves, nobody stocking shelves.

I always love shopping in dollar tree you cant go wrong with the prices.... in the supermarket the same exact thing for more money dollar tree is my go to store .. 5 star all the time .

Let me just first say I love the Dollar Tree. I just dont care to much for this Dollar Tree location. When you first walk in the store it smells of mice and on mutiple occasion I have seen evidence of mice, there are mice dropping everywhere through out the store. TOTALLY DISGUSTING. The worker for the most part are very unprofessional and argue right in front of the customer in the office which is located in the front of the store and you can hear everything. It is so sad because I truly do love the Dollar Tree.

This place is a dump. Shelves are half empty, merchandise and boxes strewn everywhere. Unfriendly, unhelpful employees. There is only ever one employee on checkout, so huge line that moves slower than molasses. And I didnt even find what I wanted.Walked up 1 block to another dollar store and found what I wanted (for 70 cents)! I was in and out in 2 minutes!

The price and the quality are good, but the store need some clean up. it is very duty and is not organize appropriate, I think it needs a new management.

I love this place so much because EVERYTHING cost just $1. I also like this place because it has many nice crafts to but and toys and nail polish and it cost 1 dollar.

MESSY, MESSY, MESSY. Ive been to many different dollar stores...this one is by far the worst. I walked in and walked right out...plus there was a huge line. The owner needs to care about the cleanliness and presentation of the store. I know its a dollar store but most people come to these stores to spend a whole lot more. What a shame. Going back to the Yonkers dollar stores.

Everything is a buck. Good if you need party supplies or balloons. Just expect the line to take a few minutes, they never seem to have enough cashiers.

Ive been to other locations and find them to be clean, stocked and overall a great shopping experience but not this location. This one is the complete opposite. Products on the floor all over the store, long lines, and dirty. Overall it looks like management just doesnt care.

There are many household staples for $1! No frills just products in a clean neat store.

I went to this store yesterday. This store is a big disaster. I went there about two hours before they were closing for the evening. Items all over the place and the store was very disorganized; this store should be ashamed of the way that it looks. I will never be returning here again.

Has potential. Shelves need to be stocked often. Usually theres maybe one cashier with a line of people stretching back to the frozen cooler. If you dont mind the wait go for it.

The employees are kind but overwhelmed with the amount of work they need to do!! They all look exhausted including the management team. Something needs to be done about this. Upper management needs to assess this and hire more people. I know that every store has a monthly/yearly budget they must adhere to but this is uncalled for!!

This place works so sloooow, its like the people who work there are doing us a favor by working there.....and if the cashier is an old lady with glasses youre better off going to another line.

Absolutely awful. The store is a mess, with merchandise being disorganized and on the floor. Store staff is often rude and does not care about the customers. To make matters worse, the store is usually understaffed, leading to long lines. Its a disgrace that this place forced the local dollar store across the street to move.

Lines at the check out may be long but overall a great place to go when your on a budget. Everything is actually a dollar unlike most dollar stores which is a plus.
