I have a chevy impala and my blender door actuators busted. I went to a chain franchise mechanic shop and they gave me a really big quote to fix them. Some one referred me to Glory Automotive and I talked on the phone to Shaun and he gave me a much better quote to fix it. He is the first mechanic I have met that I felt didnt try to take advantage of my lack of car knowledge or that I am a female. I am 100% happy with the work he did . If you want an honest shop Glory Auto is definitely the right choice

Beware! This guy charged me 4500$ for a remanufactured engine with a 3 year warranty. Now that the engine is leaking oil from a certain spot, its not covered because its part of his 12 month warranty. He never stated this before and it is not in my warranty paperwork. Owner has lied on countless occasions and always had an excuse and or knows the answers to everything. Owner has no moral code and cares only about money. His modo is good work isnt cheap, cheap work isnt good. I run my own business as well and I strive for great honest work at a cheap price. Please find a mechanic that cares about customer safety and not personal gain.

Today, I had the GREAT PLEASURE of meeting Shaun and his team! My friends car was impounded across the street from Glory Automotive. Her tire was also flat so I called Glory to ask for help (because we were so lost!). Shaun, one of the mechanics, not only offered to help us, he also met us across the street, aired up her tire, waited for us to go get another tire, and offered to put it on free of charge. I am SO HAPPY THERE ARE STILL KIND PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD! :) We were more than appreciative of his kindness and generosity as he really didnt have to do this for us! If he treated us this way, I can only imagine how he treats all of his customers!! Definitely a 5 star company!!

Went here after a place wouldnt change my oil because of a bad leak. Fantastic service from start to finish. Showed me what was wrong and gave me an estimate in person. Finished the work in a timely manner and came in below the estimate too. Told me about another issue with no pressure or attempts to sell me on other things. Also has loaner cars available while your car is being worked on for a very reasonable fee. I cant recommend them enough. Very polite, friendly and professional.

Glory Automotive worked wonders this last week!They accepted my car late Tuesday, delivered the prognosis early Wednesday afternoon, and they had her ready to drive away Thursday at 4!Unlike other mechanics, and especially unlike the dealerships, Glory Automotive kept me in the loop the whole time. All of the issues were thoroughly explained to me, and I was provided with multiple options on how to move forward. The bill was so much more affordable than other locations, and the entire staff was very helpful.I would highly recommend Glory Automotive for any of your vehicle needs.

I will not go back here he is greedy overcharged me 199 just for a temperature sensor switch, and did not offer me a ride home, he made me walk 15 miles home, and then I had ride my bike to work 26 miles for 2 days I had get a pawn loan to get my car back, I recommend you go gto garage in irving, or antonios or Tom and jerrys in Lewisville texas instead this place is too high and greedy . No I dont remember no loaner car being offered. Thats not true to my knowledge. I am not happy with prices here in Lewisville at antonios I got oil change for 10, with my own oil and filter, plus he fixed my door handle for 50. And Tom and Jerry garage on church street in Lewisville tx did a radiator for me for 50.00, also in Irving I got timing belt water pump and thermostat put in for 250.00 and he wants charge me 199.00 for just a temperature sensor .I dont recommend you go here unless you got plenty of money to throw into an old car.

They replaced an in tank electric fuel pump in my 2006 Mercury Mountaineer. It worked great and the work was completed in less than 2 days.

I am SO impressed with this company! I never felt more comfortable and never felt like we were be taken advantage of! Customer service is INCREDIBLE! I will recommend these folks to anyone needing repairs! I KNOW they will be well taken care of like we were!The price was reasonable and they were very forth coming about what would cost lots more and what was our best solution. Ive been here a couple of times thus far and can honestly say they do honest work at a great price. I absolutely LOVE the fact that they offer loaner cars so that I dont have to worry about getting a rental car. They are extremely flexible and will work with you to make sure you get back to your to regular routine ASAP. Definitely recommend!

I called Glory after looking and reading reviews on places to have my oil changed. This is definitely where I will have all my work done. Patty got me worked in for a last minute oil change. I mentioned that my headlight was out in my jeep and got that taken care of also and when I was laughing about my windshield wipers riding in my backseat.....Shaun went out and put them on for me. He is an honest mechanic, who is fair and reasonable. I was told I would be needing front and rear brakes and Shaun checked them for me and told me no I did not need brakes. I requested a online quote and Shaun responded within an hour with a quote.I was beyond pleased with the price because it was much less than the prices I read about online. I took my truck to his shop the next morning and it was ready to pickup that afternoon.I think he does great work and will return if I need any more repairs. He also changed the oil and filter,topped off all the fluids with no added charges ( I paid for the basic oil change ). He is a pleasure to talk to and delivers what he promises. My boyfriends car had to have the rack n pin on replaced and everywhere we called just gave us a really high quote without even looking to ensure what was wrong. Such a great experience with Glory Automotive! My car was reheating in Ft. Worth and I live in Dallas, so I was nervous because I dont know any mechanics in Ft. Worth. My brother told me to send me car here, and Im so glad I did! We needed a second car and fast. I found what I thought was a good deal on a older Ford Ranger (2001). I was aware of a power steering leak which I didnt mind getting fixed. I originally took it to be serviced at a Ford dealership assuming they would know the truck best. I asked them to give it a once over so I could be certain it was road safe and could handle getting me back and forth to work. Ford fixed the power steering leak by way of a new rack and pinion assembly, which cost me nearly half of what I paid for the old truck. (The leak was far worse than I had thought.) They also mentioned that the front upper control arms would need to be replaced soon since the bushing were pretty much done. Well they wanted to charge me another arm and leg for those. The good news was that they told me other than that it was over all a pretty good truck.After driving the truck I noticed the braking didnt seem up to par. So I wondered had they really inspected it properly for me. Yes it was to be a work truck, but my daughter would also be in it with me from time to time. So it was then I took it into Glory Automotive to have them take care of the upper control arm replacements and have a second opinion on the road readiness of the truck.This is when I learned thanks to Sean and his crew at Glory that I pretty much bought me a nice shiny lemon. Sean informed me the rear axle seals were leaking and the rear drum brake hardware was damaged on the right rear. The wheel cylinders were leaking brake fluid, the differential lock pin was broke, rear axle seals needed replacing as well as the wheel cylinders and drums needed replacing. This was the cause of the loss of braking power. Luckily I hadnt had it on the highway yet or had to stop on a dime.Sean and his crew also found the timing cover gasket, water pump, the timing chain and gears, and radiator hose clamps all needed to be replaced.Not to mention the left front wheel bearing was shot. All this was taken care of for me at a very reasonable price as well as the upper control arms. Not to mention it was all done in a timely manner to where I didnt miss any work.I couldnt be happier with the work. I dont have any fear of it being on the road now and my little girl loves to ride in the truck. Glory Automotive was able to make lemonade from my lemon. I will be bringing all of our vehicles to Glory Automotive from now on. A huge Thank You to Sean and his crew.

I have never had ever such great assistance I do not care where from but especially from a mechanic! My husband and I have been having the hardest time in the world trying to find an honest mechanic who wouldnt treat us like we are stupid. I messaged Glory automotive and within a half hour got a response!! Shaun and his wife Debbie got us in quickly and were able to diagnose and fix our problems! When I walked in I had no clue what to expect... Didnt know these people from adam... I was immediately treated like family was given a cold water and Shaun went out of his way to give my 2year old a cold little water bottle and showed him how to make it red with a juice mix!! How amazing!! Then Shaun proceeded to listen to what I had to say made some notes and got straight to work! What a blessing to have found such great, honest people!
