The lady that assisted me was very nice and helpful and I will be going back when I get paid to get a new phone and a new line

This was the FIRST time EVER visiting a MetroPCS that we were treated as a valued customer! Junior (JR) is the young man that should handle all of the training for EVERY store and every employee in the art of true customer service! This will be our only store we visit now! Where ever he obtained his customer service skills he should be recognized for them! You guys rock!

Name kell,, always have had a very good experience with metroPCS but this time takes the cake. Jr went out of his way and went over everthing while assisting me with my purchase of a new pbone and just when he had the right plan, he had it nailed, jus to find out they were out of that, Jr wasnt alright with that, he made the call and five min later bis uncle walked in with that phone. I luvem they get the highest rating
