The customer service at Shell is a thing of the past. I encountered a few issues with the people who are working at night. Rude and not a drop of professionalism. Whatever happened to treating paying customers like you appreciate their business?

If I could give 0 stars it would be because of the most rude employee that works over night...he should be so ashamed of himself for the way he was talking to this lady tonight...i think he needs to consider a different career..

Very unprofessional and harassed me.

Average gas station and food mart, good place to stop. Very convenient, right by Loop 820. Reasonably clean. Overly lit, as all of them are. Careful when leaving at night, takes a while for your eyes to dark adapt.

This show is a brand new Shell station, with an entirely new staff that is extremely friendly and above and beyond the call of any one of their working job descriptions.... Not to mention, that the store is extremely clean, bug-free, always well-stocked, 24 hours 7 days a week they are open, etc etc etc. I could go on and on and on and on...

Clean store

The place is neat, clean and fast. But they lack customer service. A nice hi or have a good day would be a nice touch. Maybe even a smile so you dont feel like youre inconveniencing them. Most of the cashiers seem stiff and robotic. They tell you the total while looking as if they hate their job. I really liked the place when it opened two years ago. And it being super close to the house it was my first stop. But unfortunately I will just go somewhere else.

Be prepared for a $100 hold on your card using debit at the pumps and the employees being oblivious to it.They also will not tag or bag pumps that arent working.Save the trouble and transaction hold and go to QT across the freeway.

Prices are fairly good. But they dont keep paper in the printer In the outside pumps.

Restroom reeked of urine and toliet obviously hadnt been cleaned in a while.

Dont normally buy from shell, but it was significantly the lowest priced gas in the Lake worth area...

I put money in and voila, its gone!
