I love the price and the great customer service skills. But most of all they make u feel so comfortable. I give this place a 10. MR. Willie wasnt trying to just get a sell he wanted to make sure I was comfortable I told him I was trying to budget and from there we were able to find a bed frame and mattress that I fell in love with. An cant wait for it to arrrive.

I’ve come in a couple times for misc things for our home and office and I ask for Julian every time. He’s very polite, knowledgeable, and you can tell he wants to make sure you really love the piece and that it meets your needs rather than pushing you into a sale you don’t want. He’s also been able to give us great deals every time. Wouldn’t shop anywhere else!

Tim was our salesman for the first and second visit. We first purchased two catnapper recliners and he was great not too pushy let us have our space and offered his opinion when asked. Our second visit we purchased the matching sofa and again he was very appreciative of us returning and remembered us before. The location is very convenient and having a quick delivery was also very much appreciated. We would certainly recommend this location, several reasons which are salespeople, inventory the knowledge they have of how the furniture is made, recommending the extended warranty and since they are are power it is a great idea to have that added piece of security.

We have wanted to come shop around here for a while since we drive by often. We were politely greeted by a salesman, who then left us to shop in peace (I always appreciate when we are given space!). But the prices just werent what we were expecting. It wasnt any cheaper or more convenient than shopping at any regular furniture store. So, three stars for not having annoying salesmen, but less two because I feel like its deceptive marketing.

We purchased a recliner from Tim. He was a good salesman. He was not pushy but just an honest guy. We love our electric recliner. We went to Ashley furniture but came back to Tim! Please go see him as he is very helpful!

One of the worst experiences we had because theres a salesman following us around the whole store never taking his eyes of us like if we where going to steal a sofa or a couch like where would we hide it. Dont recommend it . plus prices where very high. Gave 1 star because it would not let me post without one but i would give it 1/2 star

We received an e Mail from this store that stated they were having a sale on July 4. Everything in the store at 30 to 70 percent off. I made a trip to the store on the 3rd of July to look at a table that I have been planning to buy. The regular price of the table is $399.00. I asked how much the table was going to be on sale. The lying salesman told me it was already marked down to the sale price of $399.00. So they are having a sale where everything in the store is on sale at the regular price. I have bought a lot of furniture from this store but refuse to do any more business with dishonest people. Dont fall for their sale scam.

The furniture here is not warehouse priced, nor priced like unclaimed freight. There arent mismatched items that youd catch on a bargain, but instead entire sets of furniture. These are new items in a giant warehouse, and priced accordingly. Know that going in. That said, they do have a large collection of items to choose from, including bars, beds, bedroom sets, entertainment centers, office desks large and small, recliners, shelves, and similar items. Just dont be fooled by the name...

BEWARE.... they do not back the products they sell, Ive bought LOTS of furniture from them over the past 10 years. I purchaeds a very pricey mattress from them with a 10 year warranty that I’m halfway into and they will not honor the manufactures warranty. I talked to management and they just tried to sell me another one and only offer free delivery. What a joke this place is, I would not recommend them. I will not ever buy anything else from them in the future.

It is ok, but I would not call it unclaimed freight. It is just a furniture retailer. People there were friendly regardless. The quality was fine, but prices were not that of a true unclaimed freight store.

Shopped here a couple times. Just being honest: they have major quality issues. At-least half the time, when I unpack the furniture it is significantly damaged. On a few occasions even the replacement and the replacement of the replacement was damaged. However, the staff is always helpful.

I went to buy some bedroom furniture.I had a bad experience at Ashley and was looking for another place and stumbled on this place by accident.I was suprised by the helpful staff.They were friendly, and not pushy!I had an idea of what i wanted, when i discussed it with the sales guy David, he actually saved me some money by pointing out that what i had wouldnt go together-even though in the end i spent less money at the store!Next time I am in the market for furniture, I will definitely go back.They are a great bunch of people!
