It all depends on the pharmacist or pharmacy manager. The current one is vey young and has no people skills. The manager is not much better. I do not recommend having your prescriptions delivered because they have no idea who picked them, from where (not necessarily the local store) or any way to track them if they are not delivered.
Im here for a Rapid COVID test and I was less than 10 minutes late. The lady said that I would have to reschedule even though the site said up to 10 minutes late. She said I could wait so I did. Several times no one was here and she still wouldnt take me. People are frightened enough with COVID. Do you have to be rude and not understanding too.
Their Customer service is an absolute JOKE. If you need to call for any reason, be prepared to be put on hold and forgotten about. I sat on hold for over an hour before giving up. Absolutely atrocious.
Called 3 times no answer 4th time they hung up!
Went online to schedule a flu shot for 3 p.m. today. Arrived at the Whitefish Bay CVS a couple of minutes early, checked in, and was told to go sit in a tiny wall-off corner. Fifteen minutes later no one had arrived to give me the shot, but a very elderly couple shuffled in. In such a small space there was no chance for social distancing so I left. Turns out that the people at the pharmacy who give the shots had forgotten about me (though theyll probably charge my insurance provider for giving me a flu shot anyway). If you want efficient service, Id recommend going somewhere other than the Whitefish Bay CVS.
Horrible CVS location. Rude staff. Poor product selection. Only two self checkouts and staff “aren’t allowed to check you out.” Go to Walgreens instead.
Being mainly a pharmacy and the fact that they got on a high horse about selling cigarettes, Im surprised that they arent requiring masks. Had been pretty good, but today most people there werent wearing. I will no longer be shopping here. If you dont require customers to mask up, youve lost my business forever.
They dont answer the phone. Never shopping at this location again!
I really like the people at the pharmacy. Very friendly, accommodating and amazingly patient with their customers. On the retail side, they could use more active people at the registers. The space for waiting in line is a bit weird.
I called at 10:30 am, and they said my prescription would be ready in one hour. By 12:30 I still had not received a text alert, so I called to check on it again, and they said it would be ready in about 1 hour.I let them know about my earlier conversation, and rather than apologizing or making any kind of friendly overture, she got snippy, and made excuses for how busy they were. Her attitude was very much that of someone doing me a favor, and getting upset that I was so ungrateful, rather than someone providing a service for which I am paying.
I always have a great experience and am a frequent shopper... the store is neat and fully stocked. Don’t let the stuck up comments stop you from paying them a visit
I cant trust their pharmacy anymore. I had called about an incorrectly filled prescription. (60 instead of 90 pills as printed on the bottle)The pharmacist on the phone had said he would try and fix the situation and call me if he couldnt get it done by the next day.He never called. When I drove to talk to them in person no one knew about what happened or that I had called.90pills wouldnt fit in to the container I had been given. After 10 minutes of them not knowing what to do and carrying on with other business they offered to override my prescription refill date to get it sooner. Then they admitted to making a mistake and offered to just give me the missing pills. There was a quick sorry thrown in in the end. Treating mistakes when dispensing prescriptions and controlled drugs as nothing serious can have very horrible consequences for their customers.Further it turned out they only had a 30 day prescription from my doctor.... So for some people that might be goodIDK what to think at this point.
I was on hold for 55 minutes just to check if my sons prescription was ready. I only stayed on hold that long because it became comical that I have had shorter wait times calling the IRS. The pharmacist was apologetic and I appreciate it but they just lost my business to Aurora Pharmacy. Less expensive and great electronic communication. My time and my childrens time is too valuable..
Pharmacy department attempts to talk over you versus listening to the questions you are asking. The rep that I spoke with was very rude and condescending. Just because you call me Maam doesnt mean I cant hear your tone and volume change. I apologize for asking you to do your job.
I’m not sure if this location is price gouging since the pandemic or if they always do since there aren’t any stores in WFB to buy basic personal hygiene products. We live nearby but I usually made the journey to Target. Given social distancing, I came in here for a couple items. The deodorant I buy was literally >100% marked up ($6-7 at Walmart/Target), it was $15!! Other items weren’t as stark but still at least 50% higher.I won’t shop there unless it’s a complete last resort.
The floor safe and cashiers are very friendly and helpful here!
Worst pharmacy ever. They refilled prescriptions automatically, rude on the phone when I call, in person they seem like they just don’t care. I go out of my way to get my correct prescriptions at Walgreens now.
I have shopped at this store for years and have had some mixed experiences. The older female pharmacy clerk who takes in the prescriptions has been unnecessarily rude to me on several occasions, but the two pharmacists that I have seen there recently are both friendly and knowledgeable. I will continue to use this pharmacy because of the high quality pharmacists, but I am not going to lie, I dont know how many more times I will tolerate the negative energy from the rude pharmacy clerk. 5/5 for the pharmacists, 1/5 for the rude pharmacy clerk = avg 3/5
Lead pharmacist (Chad?) is top notch. Always friendly and willing to help.
The nurse practioner at the Minute Clinic was not only rude but also unhelpful. When I tried to talk to her about what was happening (eye infection) she promptly disregarded what I was saying. Barely even looked at my eye or waited for me to finish my setence. Very disappointed in the customer service even though I understand she wouldn’t have been able to help me either way. Do not recommend the Minute Clinic at all.
CVS corporate issues: refilled prescriptions via app and was given notification that my Rx would be ready after 11 am, along with the standard pharmacy hours (closing at 9 pm M-F and 6 pm Sa/Su). Show up at 2:45 and was told that they closed at 2 pm, although the pharmacist and tech were still there. Tech told me that in addition to the app not providing accurate info, it also didn’t give the correct hours when you call. Helpful. Good thing prescriptions aren’t critical.Issue with this location: pharmacist completely unhelpful. Seemed totally unconcerned that the info given was inaccurate and was unwilling to help me figure out if I could transfer my prescription somewhere else as I was going out of town for the week. Won’t be using them again.
I am very pleased with the service and care I received at the Minute Clinic at CVS at 240 E Hampton in Whitefish Bay, WI The care was comprehensive and Rebecca, the nurse practitioner, was kind and compassionate. I will not hesitate to return when I need health care services.
Don’t show up shortly before closing hour. They won’t see you. I thought that was the purpose of having open/closing times at walk in clinics, to walk in before closing and be seen, but I must be wrong. There was no line and no one was being seen. The practitioner just didn’t want to work the last 5 min of her shift to give me flu shot.
A popular location for CVS. Never had a bad experience here in the last 10 years.
Went to CVS ON Hampton and Santa Monica in White Fish Bay WI, experienced what I believe to be something of being racist as I was checking out had money thrown to me instead of handed to me. When called to receive number to corporations management to report this, can tell right away the manager at store was not really willing to hear me out. Its so SAD that in 2018, we cant love one another as GOD plans for us!!!!!
Terrible customer service. I called to have them enter my insurance info before I came to pick up my prescription and they flat out refused, “because it’s too hard and we will have to look it up.” That’s your JOB.
Didnt have what I was looking for. ATM was unsatisfactory. The receipt from CVS was about 3 feet long.
Coolers have been broken for a while now. Overall a standard convenience store from what you expect.
The staff at this CVS are incredibly against filling veterinary prescriptions, which I find weird and irritating because other CVSes have filled these prescriptions for me without issue. Its very overtly offensive - to the point where one of the staff members suggested that I use another pharmacy when I pointed out the multiple deficiencies they have had in filling my dogs prescription. Why do they accept veterinary prescriptions if they dont want to fill them - and really, why do they care??Also, the staff have no sense of confidentiality and seem generally incompetent - theyve shouted my prescriptions across the length of the pharmacy multiple times, which I dont particularly care about but I can see how this is completely against CVSs and general pharmacist/patient confidentiality policy. Theres almost always a long line, too, because their staff are constantly messing up orders and so they have to redo them while people wait.
Very nice staff and helpful
In reference to the pharmacy - very rude and unprofessional. I was hung up on before I could even ask when my prescription would be ready.
Always friendly service, convenient, and well stocked
Nice people. Quick checkout.
Great Pharmacy Staff
Last two times I went there looking for specific products that their web site said this location has in stock, and they didn’t.
