Great customer service, get you some BLACK PANTHER shoes for the kids...

I stopped by Payless in Whitehall this morning to have a look around & was greeted by every employee as I encountered them. This does not happen on a regular basis in retail anymore. The young woman restocking shelves graciously helped me find the shoes I wanted on the overstock shelf above the racks. Today they get 5🌟s

The management is fantastic here. She is helpful and very knowledgeable about the products in her store. She was helpful fron the boot selections to the purses, to the socks, and even the clearance items! I will definitely return here to shop!

They had a great sale for mothers day! Beautiful selection all different styles for every age! The prices for quality were on point!

The young men at the Yerling and Main Street Payless were patient even though the computer system had shut down (leaving the cashier unable to scan the merchandise for more than 5mins). And by the cashiers own word --- happens frequently. Refreshing!!!

For the pass 3 years or more i have been going to this payless. I have a son with autism and they treat him very well😁 for that I am grateful

Expensive. I never go in there anymore since their name became PayMORE Shoe Source. Used to get shoes in there for $10 and $12. Not anymore. Poorer quality shoes that cost more. I just go to Walmart now. Forget PayMORE!!?

My opinion about payless is some shoes isnt worth the moneyYou might as well go to the mall and get a better shoe. Hell even Walmart!

Needed to buy a quick pair of dress shoes for my son on the way to church. The stores selection is quite large, the only downside was trying to find the right sizes because the shoes were so mixed and looked as if no one has touched certain isles.

Shawnda refused to give me my receipt. Gave me something else all bc I asked her to track my rewards. Pure attitude. Store looked nasty, floor trashy and so were the employees attitudes! Zero customer service. Find another location or just another place to shop, period.

The customer service was really great. The store is clean and well maintained.

Their womens selection is poor. But if you have younger girls then this is a nice place to shop.

This place is off a busy street so kind of tricky just to get in and out. Very small selection. I had gone to get a pair of white flats for my daughter for an event. They only had one pair in her size. The staff really drags this place down. At the same time I was there, so was another small family with young children. They had each tried on a couple pair of shoes and selected a pair each to purchase. I was standing in line to check out. In front of me was a ladu waiting in line to make a return. There was no cashier. There was an employee holding a pair of shoes walking the floor picking up the slightest scraps of trash to throw in the trash can. Then he went into the aisle the family had just been trying on shoes in and began to put them away. But he wasnt doing it he just keep holding that one pair of shoes. Looking at my phone ten minutes had passed. So I loudly asked if anyone was available for checkout. The employee putting away shoes replied he would be there in a moment once he was done picking up. So we all turn to see him just standing there holding the same pair of shoes he has had. There are a couple boxes on the ground and that is it. He sees us looking at him and said that if those kids want to pick up the mess they made then he will check us out. Again, its two boxes and he is just standing there. Now the mother is confused and apologies and asks if he really is going to make everyone continue waiting. The employee flips out about Payless getting sued if someone trips over the shoes her kids left out. Again, its two boxes and he isnt picking them up he is now walking around shouting at the mother still holding the same pair of shoes n his hand. The mom apologized to us waiting in line. The employee started to get in her face to the point I was moving to stand in between them when at that moment another employee appeared. She asked the first employee if the people in line needed assistance to which he also told her that he would check us out after he was finished picking up. Apparently this is a common enough occurrence because she did not ask or say anything else, she went behind the counter and got us taken care of. All the while we could see the first employee who just moved the to boxes around with his feet and continued to wander the store picking up little pieces of mulch and throwing it in the trash all while holding the same pair of shoes he had in his hand the entire time! It took half an hour to get three people through checkout. I am never going to this location again and I advise others to avoid as well.

Selection was great. Staff was friendly.

Store is okay, although the staff is unhelpful. The first time I was there I was followed around by a security guard who apparently thought I was going to steal the $20 pair of shoes I was trying on. The second time, the staff locked themselves up in the back room with someone who appeared to not work there and were just talking and gossiping about things and people. Someone was around to help me when I was ready to check out, but in the meantime it didnt seem very professional.

The employee are friendly. They have to work with the company that made the shoes because is very difficult for me to find a comfortable footwear in their stores.
