Just cant get over them offering me $6 for a brand new game that I bought for $39.Ridiculous

Last time in 2020 all game purchases will online from now on i remember the old days video game wore all over the store now there is lots of collectiable and toys very few games I done with this place time have changed this like toys are us

My husband works up here sometimes & I go with him every once in awhile! We live in Tennessee now! This store is Really nicely set up & every time Ive stopped in here the people who work here are always Very Nice, Friendly & Polite! Really helpful if Im looking for something innperticular for our son who has Huge Collections! Recommend you trying it out!

New manager (Shawn) seems to have cleaned house and gotten the previously very rude employees out of this location. Sketchy part of town and Ive had to deal with panhandlers inside before, but the store itself has good service and theres always something decent on the clearance racks. Overall much better than it used to be.

No time to help customers apparently. Wont answer the phone either. I called a couple of minutes before pulling up and the store was empty. Just bad customer service.. Alas, its gamestop.

Tried the delivery@door and was waiting for around 6 minutes till as well as others began to come and wait until greeted at the door. Other than that, I received my product and was on my way, but certainly longer wait than expected when there was no line and the phone line wasnt working.

If you dont mind pre owned you can save some money here.

The service is great. Theres not much of a selection for the used PS4 games. Not a bad store to go to.

The employees were very friendly told me about all of the good deals for today showed me the weekly ad did not get upset if I wanted to add more to my cart and explain what game for good and their opinion overall fantastic experience

The BEST customer service and they always get new and great stuff in. I actually enjoy bringing my kids here and getting to see there faces light up when they find that one cool action figure or get the exclusive rare item in there blind bag. I probably enjoy how excited they get more than they do the games and toys. All my kids from 6 to 16 love this game stop. Highly recommend them if your shopping for yourself, birthdays, or christmas they have a great selection of new and used games and accessories. And lots of cool unique merchandise and apparel and I cant say this enough the Employees are amazing!!!!

Liars and thieves. They will tell you that something you brought in to get a credit or to sell something has been discontinued for months when it is so new they havent placed it in their inventory. At another store they told me that they sell brand new online for lets say 15 usd and when you ask where they got that quote online they tell you Amazon. I called Amazon from my car and its listed at much more modest price. Why lie just be honest and say they dont care to buy it

This is a Pretty Good Decent Game Stop i just wish this was little Bigger and i wish they still Selling Older Games like Gameboy Advance PS2 and PS1 but i can Understand! The Employees are Nice and Helpful.

I purchased a game on Morse Road got home it did not work went to return it a different location which is this one although theyre not all connected the manager took the time to get on the phone and call the store on Morris to get the information so that he could replace my product and I might add he was on hold for quite a while but he got the situation corrected and I was very happy

Ive been here several times and bought used gaming equipment and games. The staff is friendly but service isnt always quick. Ive had great luck with used controllers if they are by the manufacturer. The GameStop branded controllers Ive bought have not been the best quality.

Great people here. Love all the extra stuff that the other stores dont have.

I love this Gamestop!! I had a gift card for gamestop so I wanted to buy some things from there. I went with my mom and my younger sister. The man there (I dont know your name, sorry) is SUPER helpful and extremely friendly. When we were checking out he even gave me some freebees! I didnt expect it at all! He gave me a Pokemon pin with Kyogre and Groudon on it, 2 pokemon stickers and 1 pokemon trading card! Thanks so much, btw! :D

Bad service but good chooses of games. Update went to store again to kill time. The staff so much better and had a great help looking for what I wanted.

Went in there my MLB the show 19 was not put on my pre-order gave up my $5 and they didnt even have it on my pre-order. without hesitation the supervisor took great care of me didnt argue it he knows that Im a repeat customer at the store and everything was just outstanding the customer service was outstanding and I walked away with my MLB and I highly recommend the Whitehall GameStop and personally want to thank the supervisor for taking care of everything for me. now Im looking forward to getting my game informer magazine since the address was wrong we input it which he also made sure was taken care of after or before I left the store. Excellent job

Its a Gamestop. Nothing special. I only give two stars though because of the abhorrently rude staff. Particularly the one chick with the glasses, always a horrible attitude. Its not like anyone else is having a great day either.

I had a warranty on a blue Xbox one controller and because this store didnt have a blue one they sent me 5 miles away to another store instead of saying sorry for the inconvenience here is a different one they refused to give me anything that Is so wrong never going there again
