I believe your prices are pretty high;$ 82.00 for an oil change is relatively high; I can take it elsewhere for a considerably lower cost, with the same grade of oil that I get. I think you are pushing business away with prices.But, that is only my opinion.Thank you for listening!

Couldnt ask for any better service. A/C condenser covered under warranty. Fixed timely when I know parts are hard to get they did everything they could to get it done ASAP.

I brought in my car with a squeaky wheel and the engine sounded a bit rough. They took it out for a drive and didnt hear the wheel issue. Did visual inspection and didnt see anything. I picked it up and drove it for one block to work and the squeak was still there. Im sure just a little bit of grease wouldve helped. They were able to diagnose the engine issue with a big, soon to be necessary repair which confirmed my suspicion. Will be going elsewhere to see if someone will grease up the wheel for me. Thank you for the diagnosis at least.

Again I went in to ask about a turn signal light bulb change because of a simple repair I was hoping they could do it at the present time. The attendant said he couldnt. So I made an appointment.I arrived at my appointment time and a different defendant (Jim I think is name is) waited on me and was very friendly. I told him I would wait for my car in the waiting room.I waiting about 10 minutes and Jim came in and told me that both headlights were working. I told him I was in for a turn signal change. He said that it was written up as a headlight by the other guy. So that was 15 minutes wasted. It took 45 minutes to change a turn signal bulb. This is just another experience that the other attendant just there to get a pay check.Oh by the way. every one had a mask on except the 2 salesmen in the showroom. One had his on have the time the other one didnt. you would think if the people in the waiting room need to wear one that the salesmen who walk by them time and time again would have them on.Next time I need a light bulb change I take it to Whitewater Quick Lube for faster service with no appointment necessary. Maybe you should promote Jim and get rid of the other guy.

I took my vehicle in for a repair which they were able to complete the same day and within a few hours. The only complaint, if I would even call it that, is that they didnt offer me a ride to work which is okay because it was a beautiful day for a walk.

Went to run some errands and my truck was running rough, as well as warning lights. Went to Burtness, and Dan ran the code, and quickly inspected under the hood. He noticed that some wired had been chewed on by rodents. Despite a busy schedule they were able to fix it same day! They even had someone drive me back to my apartment, and then pick me up when they were done. This dealership goes above and beyond for its customers. I might add that I have never been to this dealership before, so I was a first time customer. This dealership doesnt just do good work, they also care about the customer who relies on the vehicle as well. Thank you to Dan and the Burtness team for giving me confidence that if I have any issues with my vehicle while I am here for school, there is a competent dealership that cares near by.

Story time!!! I went out one day in October, with the mindset that Im going to buy a car, Now.. Theres 3 places to do so in Whitewater. I went to the two other places and no one came out to greet me when I was looking, I stayed at each dealership for a good 30 minutes because I didnt know what I wanted, But no one came to help. I went to Burtness and instantly my salesman was there. Hes who I bought a car from that day, Loved the experience.

Spend some time looking for a car with my daughter in Madison. We figured the choices would be better. We purchased a vehicle from burtness with great success. Since then there have been several problems. Theres no one available to help, no one to answer the phone, a botched break job. Sad, we loved our very first experience here. on an update... after bringing the vehicle back, we were advised more things were wrong, but the actual issue making the noise was just residual break dust. They did attempt to help, and were friendly. The issue has not been corrected, however the issue still remains. I would certainly buy from burtness again.. however the service department still leaves me somewhat reluctant.

After another dealers service department told me I needed several hundred dollars worth of work done on my car, Jim & the service department checked it out and told me there was no need to have anything done, and I was not charged for their expertise.
