I went to pick up my prescriptions that I called to have filled about 5 days ago. When I got there at noon they said that they had no prescriptions for me but that they could put it in and have it ready for me and that they can fill them in 30 minutes. I came back an hour later and was told they hadnt filled them and they were about to go on lunch break so i should stop by later. Thats fine. Close to 3 i tried calling to see if they were ready and I was on hold for 10 mins. I went into the pharmacy where I stood at the counter for 5 minutes while a pharm tech took a personal call. Finally after getting someone to help me I found that they still werent ready and they were the wrong quantity. As somebody who works in the hospitality industry, I dont like leaving bad reviews and I can understand that people are understaffed, however this situation could have been handled a lot better. Firstly, I am unsure as to how my prescriptions werent filled when I called them in days prior but most importantly, if you know you are short staffed, please consider this when giving wait times to customers. Luckily my meds were not life saving meds but I am worried for those that do have them!

You can find many useful things here. It has a very comfortable aura that makes you calm with the environment.

Pharmacy always has a reason why my scripts every month are not ready… it is something that I never had a problem with at McCullough’s. I swear, it is a hassle every month. They never have enough to fill my scripts- I miss our small town pharmacy😫

Walgreens are all basically the same when it comes to products, but I can never speak highly enough for the staff at the Whitewater store. I’m met with great attention, attitude, and my needs are always addressed quickly. I really hope management here is regularly applauded for the work they do in training and maintaining this staff. I’m always impressed and grateful.

So normally I would never review a Walgreens...why? Because there is a certain expectation from them that is always there. I can tell you that this particular location is over accommodating! When you walk in- they say welcome to Walgreens every single time...you have a coupon? No problem! No eye rolling, huffing, or puffing EVER! No judgement just plain friendly! Most every Walgreens I’ve ever been to is like this but this one has an extra flare to it...I guess I’ve just always come to expect awesomeness from Walgreens so I never really gave them the props they deserve. Job well done...and thank you!

Pharmacy hours are incorrectly posted at the drive up window. They dont actually open until 9 a.m. at the pharmacy.

Its alright, the price for milk and some stuff are pretty good

We were told that they would call the doctor to update the medication in advance, when we got there three hours after calling them, they hadn’t called the doctor yet. Also, they told us it would be a 5 minute wait and we waited at least 30 minutes while they helped other customers.

Well stocked, attentive staff.

Customer Service is good many items high priced.

The pharmacy hours changed from 10-6 to 9-5 on Sundays.
