Brandon and Sam did an absolute great job at helping me get on my own phone plan as well as getting a new device, the process was quick and painless and everything was explained extremely well. Brandon was able to even balance taking care of multiple customers and efficiently. They helped me save a lot of money in the long run and I would most definitely recommend either of them.

Ive used US Cellular for my phone service since switching from AT&T several years ago. While I have a company-provided phone, I use it for all personal and professional use and am HEAVILY reliant on a quality device. I recently got a new phone after using my old one to its last breath and was so grateful to receive kind, professional, and friendly service from Brandon in the store--even though hes new, he was still great to work with and took care of everything I needed quickly and without being too pushy like you see often in cell phone stores. While in the store, I also saw another staff member working with an older customer who was definitely struggling with her device and he was kind, patient, and made it easy for her to understand. Definitely recommend working with them!

Amazing service!! Went in to have my service switched over to US Cellular. Abner was extremely helpful and wasted no time helping in a professional and timely manner. He was also very knowledgeable about the products and services. He had everything switched and ready to go in no time. We were the only customers in the store at the time of our visit so we interacted with all the associates there. They were all so friendly and personable. Would defiantly recommend stopping in here for all your cellular needs!!

If you need a new phone go see Arber at the Whitewater store. He is the most helpful, kind, and considerate salesperson there could ever be. He knows everything about both iPhone and android phones.He helped me when I came in to look for a new phone. I wanted to switch back to an iPhone from an android. He explained everything to me and made sure I had the best plan to fit my needs. One thing that is greatly appreciated is that Arber takes time with his customers and answers all questions. Since I bought the new phone in August, I have gone back with questions and he has always resolved the problems. One issue has been the 6000 photos I had on my android phone. Arber has always known what to do to make it easier for me to use my new phone. Whitewater is lucky to have Arber. He deserves to be promoted. But I would miss him if he was not there. He always says to come back in if I have any questions. He is the most pleasant person!

I went into the Whitewater branch late on a Sat.afternoon to drop off my monthly payment. Autumn Kielsmeier andVicky Tellez-Giron had just finished helping another customer so I decide to ask for some help with a pesky problem on my phone that had been an annoyance for over a year. I had been into the office for help a couple times in the past and it was really an Apple issue so I’d been sent to the nearest Apple store an hour away after I couldn’t fix things online. A couple hours later that problem had been solved only to resurface within a couple weeks. Autumn figured out how to take care of the problem after thinking for a few minutes and that made me so happy, to not have to take time off work to drive to Madison again. Then she and Vicky went on to spend time explaining in terms I could understand, the pros and cons of quite a few different phone options that my three children have been contemplating so I could help make good choices for their particular needs. I am not generally a consumer that writes reviews unless I receive really awesome service or astronomically poor service and these two young ladies deserve commendation for giving me truly exception service, for which I’m very grateful!
