We went there for dessert and it’s definitely not worth it. The food was just ok and the service was very slow. We did not try their dinner food.

Super cute small town ice cream shop. The malt was a bit thinner than expected, but both it and the brain freezer were great! We would definitely come back, maybe even on a Thursday for the cruise night!

Kids work Here, so do not expect a classy conversation or even a warm welcome.But the food and sweet treats are good.

A place with an AMAZING vibe, if you like seeing vintage things and want to experience a 1950s style diner, this definitely the place. Has both indoor and outdoor seating (shaded and full sun), a drive thru window, and very reliable wireless internet connection. I also heard they have car shows. Definitely check it out if you can.

We had cheeseburgers, sweet potato fries, cheese fries, and cheese curds. Food was a good value, hot and fried items crispy. Cute decor inside (looks small when you first walk in but down hall is additional seating inside) but outside/front should be spruced up. Maybe add some color/Vintage look to outside. Boring brick building would just drive by if we didnt know it was there. Nice to have tables outside ☺️

Way over priced products for what they give you quantity!I paid $5.34 for 3 scoop waffle cone yesterday. They gave me a sugar cone with barely 1.5 scoops.I honked the horn to have thrm come back to take this and remake original order, but they acknord me.This is my second visit and second time theyve provided bad service and horrible serving.I will never go back. Dont recommend this place!

Our CMA Chapter was out for a ride and stopped in. My cherry shake was awesome. They made a custom sundae for my friends called Dusty Roads . We all enjoyed our ice cream. We will return.

Ordered over phone- went to pick up food, paid and then waited 25 minutes for the foodTeenager who has no business being in the hospitality industry did not apologize for the wait. She acted as if i never ordered and paid in the first place. Avoid drive up and go inside so at least can inquire on delay.

Sides are great! Speed of food was right on. Burgers were a little flavorless, but with the right condiments they can be good.

Stopped there for the first time yesterday for lunch. Liked the decor; a nostalic theme. Didnt have any ice cream. My wife had a fish sandwich, I had a double burger with provolone and fried onions, and we shared a side of fries. We dont often indulge in fast food but when we do, we prefer these types of places over McDonalds. Everything was good, the prices were reasonable, and the young lady serving us was very nice.

It was $1 burger day...the wait was atrociously long...and the burgers were way overcooked! Burned and hard as hockey puck. They should have been better prepared for this event!Although, on a normal day, we usually enjoy Brain Freeze and their food is good.

We went there and I got a Bobo banana. Well it was missing the banana and nuts. We were already on the way out of town so I didnt go back. Employees need more training.

My son and I agree that their burgers are the best in Whitewater! The chicken strips and appetizers are great too. I have yet to try any cold treats but Ive heard they are excellent as well. Expect a short wait, but it will be worth it. They have tons of Work history on the walls as well which makes the wait fun. Best burger place in town!

On Saturday September 12th me and two of my friends went to Brain Freeze for lunch. When we showed up we caught on that there was something going on and once we got closer to ordering we found that they were recording people at the order stand for a video and also giving out 100 dollars to people. If you were talked to like we were you were supposed to sign a consent form and receive 100 dollars, which we did not get either. After talking with a manager we were rudely told off and said that we shouldn’t care because we got free food. I will not be returning to this place and making sure nobody I know does either.

Their food is good but they are expensive. They do have a nice dinner and decent selection of ice cream. The vintage look they chose really pops out and is interesting.

Burgers are made with low quality meat and have tons of fat pockets. Friess are pretty good when cooked properly, sweet potatoes fries are great. Great cheese and toppings. Chicken tenders are good as well.

Consistently one of my favorite places in Whitewater. A grilled cheese sandwich was added to the menu and I did a happy dance. My children also love eating here.

This place is such a cool place to get inexpensive food. They have tons of options, particularly for ice cream and other frozen stuff. They also have really top-notch burgers and fries. Easily my new favorite place in town.

A sign on the drive-up window saying tips are appreciated AND having the worker ask you if you would like to leave a tip is VERY tacky. Wont be back for this reason alone.

We went there today for dinner and the cashier got every persons order wrong. Im not exaggerating when I say that she got 5 seperate groups orders incorrect by simply forgetting to push the right buttons. To add, she gave our food to someone in the drive thru.When we did eventually get our food, it was actually delicious. We have gone there a time before and it was all perfect. The cashier needs more training though. She was an African American younger female.

One of the best places to get a burger in Whitewater. Love the old school atmosphere also. And finally the workers are really nice and chipper!

I tried to give them my business but they ignored me when I stood at the counter to place my order. No other customers at the counter, I was the only one.The young lady behind the counter walked past 3 times and never even acknowledged me. Nothing, not even a hello. If she was too busy to take my order, She could have at least said Ill be with you as soon as I can.

Wonderful jamocha malts. So thick, you need a spoon. Taste is outstanding. Great value!

This place is very cheap! The burgers and shakes are very good! The specials are always changing and theyre Facebook is very active! The menu has a lot of specialty ice cream Brain Busters my favorite and the menu has normal drive infood burger tenders! Highly recommend 😊

Soft serve and other unhealthy treats. They have a nice patio to sit outside in the summer. This is definitely a place we stop in for a summer treat.

Burger good as always. But ordering extra tomato and lettuce a problem. Lettuce was one small leaf, and tomato tasted bad. Should have sent back.Blame it either on lack of these in stock, or because I didnt indicate a tip while paying BEFORE the meal: Which is an odd way to do things. They need to correct!

Ive never really had a bad experience until today. The family wanted icecream so on the way home we stopped...got a turtle sundae and was asked with we wanted pecans on it. Well a turtle sundae is supposed to have pecans. I ordered a sundae with a little caramel and cashews. I got this yellow icecream that tasted like cheap vanilla icecream that you get in the plastic gallons from Walmart. I think the cashews and caramel were in the icecream. It tasted horrible. It cashews were so soft. Next time Ill get it from Culvers

The wait time for food is extensive. DO NOT GET their like bar ice cream things. I got cherry and it was ice cream dipped in cherry. Great right? No. Ice cream great, the dip they had to have set the bar a fresh clean cpunyer because all you tasted when u bit the shell of the bar was soap. What a waste. And it was over $4 just for a bar, a sundae and a tiny thing of fries. But the wait time and the quality need drastic improvement. And the employees dont know the products well at all.
