I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience at MDI Auto Brokers.As you see I gave it 5stars !This was a very smooth process from beginning to end.More specifically I would like to give high praise to the sales team.Not only were they extremely genuine, but also very professional.The knowledge and experience the people at MDI Auto had was far superior to that of other local dealers I’ve encountered.Thank you so much ! I had an interesting interaction with the salesperson at this location today. He was recommended to me by the guy at Midway Auto, so I popped over. I was interested in a pickup truck, so I took it for a test drive. The sticker price was 16,588, as you can see from the photo. I went in to negotiate, and asked him how much wiggle room he had. He said he could go down to 16,700. That was interesting, so I asked him what he said the sticker price was. He said 16,999. When we were finished talking, I went outside to check the price and they had removed the price sticker from the vehicle. Luckily, my husband took a picture, so we were able to verify that we were being fleeced. If you find a great car here, fine. Just do your research and keep your eye on the con artist behind the desk.Edit: Yes, we did eventually go down as low as 16,500, as the owner suggested. From 16,588!! He said he was coming down from 16, 999, which was a lie. Hes also being dishonest acting like he couldnt be two places at once to remove the sticker. An employee was moving the truck for him while he talked to me. Completely disingenuous. Trying to take advantage of me. You lost a sale. Next time, dont underestimate the woman sitting in your office.

I bought a Mercedes E 350 about a year ago. the car was clean and ran EXTREMELY well and the owner showed me the slip from the garage he used. the price was fair and at the time I was short a little on cash. So I gave him what I had and asked him to put it out back till I could get the rest of the cash and he did . To this day all I’ve had to do is put fuel and change the oil.if it ever fails me I would definitely go there and buy another from him. It is an excellent place to buy a vehicle from. they even went to the registry for me. IT DOES NOT GET ANY EASIER THAN THAT.so if your looking for a vehicle I suggest you check them out. I doubt you’ll be disappointed.

Went to check out a car there. Jack helped me out, really nice guy, car was empty on gas so I got the gas for him and gave him the receipt upon return. Car had an issue so I let him know about it and I asked if I should put down a deposit and he insisted I didn’t need to and told me he’d get the vehicle in the shop to get checked out. I called back once a day to check in with him on it. Called before going in to buy it after it was fixed and Tom, his partner, tells me the car sold and Jack told him nothing about not needing a deposit. Thanks for nothing guys.

Puts the wrong price on a car and then blames the customer? This place is a joke and whoever fixes their cars clearly isnt good at their job because all these cars have issues. Its funny how the owner has some BS response to every negative review.

I would suggest anybody who’s looking for a good reliable car to come to MDI. Every body was very helpful they weren’t shady like the typical used car dealer ship. I bought an amazing infinity G35 coupe off of them with 90k miles very clean. They were honest and upfront. When I wanted to see the car under a lift and any other thing I needed they were right on it. MDI helped me get my loan for the car in just one day! They also offered me more than a fair trade for my vehicle double what it would have been for scrap. Again to any one looking to purchase a good reliable vehicle MDI is the place to go !

The first car I looked at was the car I went home with. Tom was very happy to work with me with prices and walked me through the entire process from where to apply for an auto loan, recommending an amazing company with low rates, to putting new tires on my car and getting me an inspection sticker after purchase. Tom and his team were readily available and happy to answer any and all questions I had and I had the car in my driveway less than two days after I had initially seen it on the lot. Car buying can be a daunting endeavor but Tom and his team made it one of the easiest and most pleasant experiences Ive ever had. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone and will be coming here first in the future with any car needs.

This is a good place to buy a used car from. My father in law bought a car from here and he loves it,it just had a minor issue with a brake light,I took it there for him and the owner was very professional and curtious, he addressed the issue and fixed it with no hassle. I have to admit I thought going to a small place would be nothing but a hassle,but I was surprised.

Car shopping with my 77 yr. Old mother, shes a nervous woman, we had been to at least 7 dealerships looking, found a car we like,the salesmen put my nervous mom at ease,and we got just what we wanted, at a price we wanted to pay. They took care of everything to make sure car was ready and set to roll when we arrived the next day. It was a lovely experience surprisingly. I would definitely go again for my next car.

Great people to work with. Tom not only worked with me on the price of the vehicle that I was interested in, he pointed me in the right direction to save almost 2.0 % points on financing AND he held the vehicle for me for over a week with no deposit while I dealt with the financing. I would absolutely deal with them in the future.

I bought my first car here a 2000 jeep grand Cherokee and I HATED my experience with them. When I went to look at the car for the first time there was obvious things wrong with it like brake issues, abs light was on, and the rear-view mirror was off the windshield. So they said they would fix those issues if i gave them a down payment. After that trying to get any information on the status of the car was extremely difficult. I would call and they said theyd call me back in a couple of hours or the next day and if i didnt receive a call i would call back. But when i would call back the mechanic would be gone. By the time my car got home for the first time it seemed like all the issues were fixed but i drove it to my mechanic to get it inspected and the abs light came back on, the e-brake didnt work and a grinding noise started in the front end. They fixed all of that but I was informed that the mechanic who did my brakes the first time was in a rush and didnt put them back on correctly. Now I have had the car for a couple months and it needed a new transmission. When i brought it to the transmission shop the mechanic told me that there was a ton of rot underneath it, the transmission cross-member was rotted almost all the way and that someone tried to fill it with tin foil and bondo. Also the front shocks werent even attached at all and brake lines were just floating around underneath. So in my opinion if you value your safety and the car that your going to spend money on I would not buy a car from here or bring it here for repairs. Nothing but problems with them and the car they sold me since i got it.

Found a SUV for decent price. Asked if we could take it on highway. He said no. Total stereotypical cars sales man. Said if we didnt buy it right then and there we wouldnt get it for that price. We decided to walk because high pressure sales people are hiding something. They put new price on the window sheild as we drove off the lot. Bumped the price up by $1300. Theres ALOT of used car dealerships within 2 miles of this guy. I recommend going elsewhere. This guy doesnt respect you and if he doesnt respect you he doesnt deserve your hard earned money. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

The Guy started off genuinely nice, even allowed me to take the car to my personal mechanic. Prior to this he had told me there has been alot of work done to the vehicle and its like brand new. However, when I returned with the news the car would not pass inspection due to a few issues the dealer was not happy. Not only was he not happy he was rude to be honest. As we attempted to negotiate after oh say about 3 minutes he completely gave up out of frustration and dropped his pen on the desk and told us You know what, im not even going to take this any further this is just not happening. Overall the experience was unprofessional and not to mention he lied face to face. Oh and I pulled a bolt out from under the hood/engine no tools necessary, so much for runs brand new

Complete scam artists. Sold us a car for 1000 dollars and i just had to put 2500 in repairs. Sales guy Chip wrote $500 on title. Good thing i recorded whole transaction. Already went through BBB and Attorney General as well as having my lawyer try and contact them for parts and expenses. Do not go here!UPDATE: Of course the reviews I post are only negetaive. It takes a lot for me to write a negative review and a pretty bad experience. You gave me that bad experience. You have a lot of 1 star reviews... sounds like an on going issue. Not just one review, hmmm? If 99 people hugged you and 1 slapped you what stands out the most ? I reward good buissness with more buissness. Bad scam artists like you I make sure no one goes there. The owner was extremely rude when we came in asking about his cars, talked down to us, and we left very quickly because he was nasty right off the bat.

Total scammers liars scumbags losers bullshitters...They sold a car to my buddy he had it one day motor was junk and they never tried to help...They put there heads in the sand...It will cost them way more than the money they beat him out of...
