Place needs a serious deep cleaning. Smells like rats, there are droppings everywhere. I can say I can always find what I need. But it needs to be deep cleaned. Its a health hazard.

Its been a long while since I shopped at a family dollar. Unfortunately this store was messy and very poorly stocked.

I have seen a great deal of improvement over the last 3 months. I often walk there several Times a wk. For the most part I have been served quickly and efficiently.New help and fairly New Mangment. Store looks great and well stocked. Prices are fantastic on most merchandise.. Its a one stop shop.Thanks Family Dollar

Has a good variety its clean store but some of the people that work there arent very friendly there was actually one person in particular that accused me of shoplifting and I definitely do not shop lift. I had my young son with me and my baby bag he thought I put something in my baby bag he wanted to search my bag he asked to search my bag I showed him everything I had and proved to him I had nothing it was very embarrassing situation so Id advise if anyone goes there not to bring a large bag with you other than that its a great place its cleaner than most other Family Dollars Ive been to. Other than that employee there are people that work there that are extremely nice one of the female managers is actually extremely nice she made me feel better after that hole experience and because she did that it made me feel better about returning to this family Dollar. 😁

Never open on time and closes B4 time, Just went there at 8:07 and the door is still locked, not the first time this has happened. One day they were closed all day because worker didnt show up or answer the phone.

Let me start off by saying this is by far the worst family dollar I have ever been too. I have lived in Whitman for years and I would say 90% of the employees that work their are rude and almost always miserable. They have their hours posted on the window and always lock their door 15 to 30 min before closing I guess it depends on their mood. I just went up there tonight at 8:45 to grab toilet paper when they are supposed to close at 9:00 and I knock on the door and the guy says closed and turns around not to say another word to me or acknowledge me when I ask why they are closed when the closing time posted is 9:00. This store is very poorly managed. Another time my wife was in there a half hour before close and got a few things. She accidentally left one of the bags on the counter and realized it when she got to the car. When she turned around to go get it she gets to the door and it was locked. She knocked only to be completely ignored by the manager and girl that rang her in standing 10 feet away which she could clearly see that they were ignoring her. So she called the store and tells them that she forgot her bag and they said they were closed and she would have to come back tomorrow to get it and my wife being the passive person she is said okay. Just pure ignorance on every level. They did not have the common courtesy open the door and hand my wife the bag of items she had purchased 5 minutes prior. The kicker here is that this whole incident happened 10 minutes before they were supposed to lock the doors.I have never wrote a review for anything in my entire life but I just felt obligated after the continued bad experiences at this store.

Complete inventory of holiday items. Always all of the cleaning and laundry products that you could possibly need at great prices.

Good varieties and pricing. Staff are friendly. Nice place to shop for odds and ends.

Always a pleasure to shop. Manager and employees treat me as the regular I am. My child loves gettn prizes... They are amazing to her as well.

Nothing is expensive, its a generally ok price, but sometimes theres just no one at the register.

Everything is pretty cheap so remember you get what you pay for.
