Havent had a bad experience....quite the opposite. Everyone is friendly Ive had interactions with and or heard with others.

Very slow customer service, at pickups.

Last time I went to pick up my daughter’s prescription, the pharmacy tech told me they didn’t have my insurance, which I thought was strange because I’d filled the same rx there before and my insurance hasn’t changed in years. After giving my insurance card and waiting about 10 minutes, the tech told me they did in fact have my card and that she just didn’t realize it because the copay was high. Umm okay... Then after waiting in line again to pay, I realized the medication was half the dosage it should have been. The tech said “Well do you still want it?” and I said of course not, that I’d like to speak with someone about it. She sent me to wait in the drop-off line, where I had to wait another 5 minutes. Then the pharmacist finally came to help me. She looked in the computer and said they did in fact have an rx for the correct dosage (and was not sure why the wrong dosage was filled) and that she would fill the correct rx, which would be ready in an hour. Just a ridiculous waste of time.

Thr customer service is incredible. There is always someone willing to help. The prices are cheaper than Walgreens! The rewards are amazing!

Something Weird is Happening at CVS. I have been using CVS and Walgreens my entire life. I am not sure if CVS is going out of business or if they decided to pay pharmacy people minimum wage, but it is becoming noticeable that something is wrong. The Walgreens building and staff are really nice and helpful. You walk across the street and the CVS sign is broken. It looks dirty and the people inside look like they hate their jobs. Its a big noticeable difference. It reminds me of Toys R Us right before they went under.

Would not recomend this cvs went in to purchase some items and the Employees on the register were talking about me well I was in the next Ill. I put my items back and left the store. I recomend the one in Rockland they are super nice and friendly people. Always willing to help.

If you have to fill anything narcotic be ready to be treated like crap and looked at like a junkie. These people will screw with your fill times simply because they can. Only the elderly occasionally get speecial treatment ive noticed. They act like there doctors when the only took a 3 month class. They even tried telling me i didnt need a medication my doctor prescribed! Walgreens is your best bet

If I could give them a zero I would !!!! Every month I get the same medication every month they tell me they need to order it . I call ahead to make sure it will be in they call me back to confirm . My husband goes in to pick my medication up and it was NEVER ordered !!!! Every month they think it’s exceptable to send me all over the place to fill my prescriptions ....called corporate they are useless !!!!People Stay away from this STORE !!!!! Bunch of morons who could care less about their customers .....
