Huge shoutout to Andrew, Marisol, Vivian, Maria and the team at ACG Whittier for excellent work and professionalism throughout the repair process of my Tesla Model 3! I am so glad to have my car back and it looks great- shiny and dent free. My 2020 Model 3 was rear ended this past July and turned out to need extensive repairs totaling over 20k in repair costs. After the accident, I was referred to ACG Whittier by Tesla and saw that ACG was also highly recommended by other members in the Socal Tesla facebook group. From inspection, to handling processes with the insurance adjuster, to performing repairs, and everything in between, Andrew and the ACG team took care of every step with expertise. No lie, there were some hiccups along the way in regards to Tesla parts from the factory which led to delays to the ETA, but I truly appreciate the way the ACG team handled it to resolution with solid communication and Andrew took time to let me know the progress and next steps at each checkpoint so I was kept in the loop on the status. Sometimes these things relating to supply chain are unpredictable, but it gave me peace of mind to be in the loop and I could tell Andrew and the team really cared and were on it to take care of it so that I could be back in my car. My car was detailed and looked awesome when I picked it up. Overall, excellent experience with ACG Whitter and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an auto body shop. 10/10.

I came here after being in an accident and was referred by my dealership. The moment you walk through the door both receptionist greet you with a warm and kind welcome. The lobby is absolutely beautiful and so organized and clean. They offer you refreshments and snacks. They assist you right away. I knew that I was leaving my vehicle in the best hands. They are very professional and inspect you car throughly making sure they take note of all the damages ensuring they are fixed. When I got my car back it was like it was brand new. They detailed it for me it was so clean inside and out. I will definitely be returning for any auto repairs I need.

An object fell off a back of a truck on the freeway and struck my front bumper. Leaving a nice gash. Nothing major, but still an eye sore.I took it back to ACG and Dorian/George took care of me (2nd time to ACG in 7 months). Made my 2019 SR+ look brand spanking new. Considering it was a small job.Taking my Tesla and my other vehicles here from now on!And referring all my friends and family to them!

I have had body work on my vehicle three times in the last 6 months. They have done a great job on repairing my vehicle to where it looks like new. Ive been to this shop more than once and the service they give at this body shop is the best! They even detail clean it better than the dealer itself! The owner Jorge is super humble and chill. My daughter’s car was taken there by our insurance company and I have to say the staff was definitely very friendly and professional nice clean facility. Unfortunately we were unable to get her car fixed because insurance stated our car was a total loss but I do recommend this facility.

I went to ACG based on the good reviews I read and compared them to other local shops. They were fantastic from start to finish and Id highly recommend them.

Tony at AGC handled the repairs from start to finish. The insurance company was not being cooperative and it took them over a week just to give them the OK to start the bodywork. Tony provided me with a car until the insurance company kicked in to pay for the rental. He had my car flatbed towed to their facility in Victorville in order to get my car repaired sooner. The staff at Victorville, especially Maria, were wonderful and kept me updated. They dealt with my insurance company and made this whole ordeal so much easier on me. I brought my car in with a dent in front driver side fender and damaged hood. I received great customer service. I needed my car within a specific time and they were able to accommodate me. This place is awesome! And Jorge is the man! I told him I needed my car a certain time and him and his crew got on it ASAP. He seriously went above and beyond and his service is excellent. He answered all my texts/ call and at one point, I felt like a nuisance but he completely understood and he said he would be the same. I drive a 2019 Tesla Model 3 and I value my car so much, and he understood my sense of urgency. Not to mention, he even got my car towed to my job to drop it off! That is going above and beyond. Staff is friendly and accommodating. When I dropped off my car, I informed them I was not renting a car. They got me an Uber ride back home without me having to ask.Repairs were completed in a very timely manner.

Thomas the manager is excellent, I was having some issues with communication between ACG and myself, so I went in a second a time to get some clarification and Thomas took over and got everything settled and professionally.

ACG collision group is on point. Unfortunately I was involved in an accident a rear end collision destroy my BMW M3 from the back. The concern I had was to find a BMW certified shop. These guys customer service is excellent. The whole team including the owner Jorge they’re down to earth people. They also did an extraordinary job on my M3 looks like new and like nothing ever happened. To anyone involved in an accident and you’re looking to ring your car back to its original condition you have to come here!

And after fixing everything, they went and washed and polished the car, in and outside. Thankfully, they left one of my items that I forgot in the car to the side.

I would not recommend this body shop i Was not happy with the quality of work. Some panels on my truck did not match the original parts they replace the original parts with after market parts . There were many imperfections in the paint . Not coming back here again.

They did the work that was asked of them in a quick and efficient manner. The downfall came when some how the tint on my windows returned a complete mess. Not sure how it happened but I did not leave it in that condition when I dropped it off. I spoke to the manager who claimed they had nothing to do with it.
