Reuben was kind to give me a ride home when they were unable to complete the work before close. My fault for arriving late to what turned out to be a bigger job. Breakdown of costs was clear before work began. ..and fact they were short staff that day.

Ruben is the man! He and his exceptional team were able to detect screws that were missing from the bottom of my car and even offered to put them back in for free. Price was fair, only problem was that tire rotation was suppose ti be included in oil change?? Told tires were wearing even and rotation not needed!! Why advertise this rotation if not going to do it??

If youre willing to save money in the long run then go to Midas with the corporate business the guys are professional asking anything they can show you what they did what theyre going to do and what you can do I rather go here and spend more money and then go to a backyard mechanic hole in the wall pay cheap and then you have to go back and pay more negative Midas it all the way and Firestone they provide lifetime alignment from minimum price less than two hundred bucks lifetime

My service advisor gave me options for overdue maintenance on a Nissan Sentra. He called me EARLIER than the time he quoted.Asked him to install a battery I bought at Costco, and he charged me a small amount. 5 stars for efficient service and NOT doing JIFFY LUBE HARD SALE TACTICS. PEACE.

Ruben, the store manager, is always courteous and explains things clearly. The mechanics here are professional and I know will take good care of my car. Every time I visit, I know I’m in good hands.

They were very helpful and honest. I received a great price for the work done. Had a brake job done and flushed and changed the brake fluid. My experience was a pleasant one and I will be using them again. I definitely recommend them.

They do upsell you, find out costs upfront. Boy at the desk is a bit of a salesman. Also were not able to diagnose my friends car (sway bar bushing was gone) after 30min and $30, took me all of 2min. Otherwise decent.

The person at the desk was not friendly like he had to force himself to work with me I told him I want only one procedure done and he listed two and I told him I wanted one again so he said he will just tell the mechanic. I told him I dont want to sign something inaccurate because I would be liable for it. I told him I thought my engine was failing and he wanted to breaks before inspection/diagnosis. what? Shouldnt you make sure the car runs and goes before you worry about stopping? so we left and went to a different place, really felt the difference. The new place, took the car right away and took it for a test run and wasnt defensive and irritated at me. I told him I might need breaks and the new guy said we need to make sure the car runs first then worry about breaks after we make sure we fix the cooling pump first. Now this is what Im talking about! I can really see the difference in costumer service. Maybe people at Midas was just having a bad day.

I took my Honda to Midas because some other shop gave me a huge list of stuff they said I needed done. My Mom recomended this Manager at this Midas so I drove 30 miles to go get his opinion. He is great he is 100% honest and does great work and the prices are great. Any ways he cut the list in half and saved me alot of money. THANKS JESSE!!! :)

Went there because my brakes were squeaking; found out I could get my tires checked, oil changed, license plate frame installed too. They did all that then just cleaned my brakes and didnt try to lie about work that didnt need to be done. The were honest, professional, and very friendly. Henry Perez is the man to see if you need anything! Theyve made a lifelong customer of me!

Went in for tire rotation /allignment.Car vibrates now, rides horribly.Took it back and they say something is wrong with my front left rim?!AND say tires are probably not balanced.Wth!! Never ever take yur car here.They suck!! Shuda knew something was wrong when the cashier guy says hes from the compton office. SmhMinus 2 stars!

I usually come in for an oil change but I feel like they are always trying to buckle and dime me for anything and everything possible. This place is ok for basic maintenance only but if you do any other work here you are going to pay dealer prices

Spend more than $300 6 months ago and now I have to spend almost $400 again. Since they open late I took my truck to another brake shop as it was making noices, they showed me how only the left front brake was completely gone and they have to replace everything (drum, brake pads, the shoe etc.) due to an unprofecional instalation. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY THERE!!!
