I don’t know much about cars but that’s why Pro Motors is my friendly, go-to neighborhood car shop. I drop my car off and they do their thing. They explain what’s happening to my car without trying to upsell me. Recently I went in for my routine oil change without an appointment and they made room for me. They noticed a loose wire on my mirror and without me bringing it up, they took initiative to fix it. Thank you Pro Motors for being trustworthy!

Replaced a 22 year old AC compressor. They ran out of time, electrical issue discovered. Brought car back, issue resolved at no extra cost and within an hour. AC blowing ice cold air, nice and frosty and ready for the summer ahead.it also comes with a 12 month warranty or 12000. Miles. Will definitely refer and come back with my other old cars... I have gone to Pro Motors twice for two different vehicles. Car repairs can be very stressful, but they made everything easy and were extremely helpful! They communicate the work that needs to be done clearly and prices are fair for the workers and customers.I would definitely recommend.

I normally perform my own vehicle maintenance as I like to make sure things are done right and I am pretty particular. If I happen to need something done but dont have the time to do it myself i take my vehicles to Pro Motors. Mike and Tony run a solid shop that performs honest and quality work. I dont hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. Recently had them do brakes, rotors, brake fluid flush, and an alignment on my 06 Xterra. They kept me updated, gave me a straight forward estimate, and kept to a very reasonable time table. 👍

Everything went really well, the car drove with more power it was so nice. But as I got home the amber light went back on again, however, the car still kept driving really well, but gosh that amber light. Might need to take it back in to see why on Tuesday. I have so much going on right now.

I had a great experience working with pro motors auto. I took them I 2012 Lexus CT 200 H hybrid after the dealership said that the engine would need to be rebuilt. Promoters did their diagnostic and found no problems with the motor. I also needed some suspension and look sway bars work and I am more than satisfied with the outcome. They are very polite And professional. They saved me a ton of money time and headaches. I will definitely take my vehicle back to them in the future.

When my car died I sent out several emails asking for a quote. Pro Motors was the only business to answer with a direct quote for my problem in a timely manner, which I appreciated greatly. Made an appointment to bring my car in the very next day and everything went smoothly. Not only did they fix my car quickly but quoted such a fair price that I went ahead and had my oiled changed as well. Brought in my 2006 Pontiac GTO for a leaking oil pan and they came through finding more problem that I wasn’t aware of. They worked on my car for over two weeks making sure they found all the parts they needed to also do my rack and pinion, water pump, and oil change while they were at it. The owner of the shop is very knowledgeable on high performance engines and really went out of his way to find the hardware for my discontinued car. The pricing was fair for the amount of work that was involved and provided me a lot of detail in understanding what they were doing. Got the car back and runs great and I couldn’t believe how much smoother my power steering is now, it’s even better then when it was when I originally got the car! Definitely bringing my car back here for any future problems I can’t handle my own, oh and they also warranty their services which blew me away!

I found Pro Motors through Carmax repair pal and have used them for warranty and non warranty repairs religiously. Tony and Mike are very honest and have done everything in their power to make sure my car is in top top shape. I get my car back promptly and they always help me identify possible problems on the horizon but never try to force me to repair it. Tony will usually tell me how long I can wait until a certain part needs to be repaired. That is very rare in mechanics these days and I appreciate it. They have also consistently beat prices of many other mechanics. They replaced 2 of my cat converts for far less than a handful of other places quoted me. If youre looking for an honest and competent mechanic then look no further than Pro Motors.

Once again a good visit. My car needed quite a bit of work. Tony has always been good about letting me know what has to get done and what has to get done, but not right that moment. As always they let me know ahead how much everything is going to be and how long it will take. If anything pops up along the way they always call and let you know what it is and see how you want to proceed. So my car is up to speed and I trust this shop to keep it hat way. I have never had any problems with any of the repairs I have had done here. Its always a job well done. I highly recomemd it.

Ive been taking my car to Pro Motors for a couple of years now. Its such a relief to have a mechanic I can trust...I used to avoid getting work done on my car because I always felt like I was getting ripped off or oversold...but not at Pro Motors! I was referred there by a friend who used to be a professional mechanic and had his own shop...that says a lot to me.I have a Chrysler with over 200,000 miles on it, so Ive needed to do some major maintenance in the last couple of years. Mike and Tony have always taken really good care of me. Their fees are reasonable and they dont b.s.Last week they replaced my thermostat and the housing for it after the car overheated one day. I brought it in by 9am and they had it out the same day...and there was no charge. It was all taken care of under warranty since they had replaced those items less than a year earlier.I like knowing they stand behind their work and make it right without question if something goes wrong. Ill never go anywhere else again.

I had a good experience at Pro Motors Auto. They have their hourly rate posted, Which gave me a sense of confidence. They gave me a good quote to inspect my car and found that it was just a minor repair. They could have told me that I needed to change my flux capacitor at $500 and I would have said, “that sounds about right.” The experience felt honest...which is important to me. And they addressed the annoying whistle that was coming out of my car.

I came in with a bad water pump on my 2001 F450 diesel. Even though they were short handed that day, they understood the urgency of my situation as I was only traveling in the area for work and squeezed me in with same day repair and topped off all my other fluids. Did an amazing job with repairing gaskets due to severe oil leak. All completed in a timely manner and went above and beyond with extra work done at no charge.

Took our truck in for a water lake on the floorboard when we got to truck home water was still leaking well take the truck back to Tony tomorrow to take a second look at it Im sure youll make it right.

Tony absolutely explain all that was necessary on my 2008 Silverado Crew Cab to fix the oxygen sensors and other work. It was done within a couple hours. He did show me a drawing of the sensors being changed, reset update my computer at a reasonable price. Very knowledgeable, honest and polite. Thank you Tony & Son for the great service and fix. I will be back for future repairs, a pleasant un-stressful experience.

Very disappointed with $100 diagnosis told need to replace compressor for $1200. So I replaced myself for $300. Went back service he told had a leak and had to take apart my repair leak and offered no estimate. I went to another mechanic and found the leak in 15 minutes. It was a/c suction line. I didn’t have to replace compressor after all. New mechanic replaced hose and did a/c service for $360 total

2016 Nissan Quest kept making a banging sound under driver side front, thought it might be bushings, turned out to be strut. Went ahead and had them replace both struts and both rear shocks, glad i did, van hadnt driven this well in a while. I will be going back next time i need work done on my vehicle.

Its been about a month since I brought in my 1995 Camry with whistling from its timing belt and grinding from its brakes. Friendly service willing to consult with me based on my hopes for the use of the car. After a quick inspection I got a straightforward and fair estimate over the phone the same day I brought it in. As expected the belt was of questionable age and brakes worn down to damaged rotors. They also found the radiator reserve dry with fractures and recommended replacing. The work was done in a day and a half and came in at the estimate. Turned out they threw in a power steering belt replacement with the price. When I pulled off the lot this nearly 25yo car was so quiet and smooth to drive. I would come back for future service and recommend this shop to others.

Even though I live about 50 miles away, I always bring my Mazda to Pro Motors. Have had bad luck in the past with mechanics and to be truthful, I am always weary of auto shops. Not with Tony! Since Tony has been servicing my Mazda, I have had nothing but good experiences with Pro Motors. He is always honest with me. Highly recommend! A++

Quick and very straight forward. Peopl that work here treated me great even it was only a simple uhaul rental.

Had taken my 2002 Jeep Wrangler to two blood sucking mechanics and one transmission shop totaling over $2200 to fix. They couldnt fix the problem so I drove home totally suckered. Got ripped off with them doing my brakes. They did not file the roater properly o my brakes and the brakes continued to make noises. Tony told me that its normal for the brakes to squeak after getting them done. Do not go here.
