Mostly sold out of everything and not much in stock. Also the representatives don’t know difference from eyebrow and eyeliner.

I went in to buy Kat Von D Lock It foundation, but I needed a color match to my skin tone. The woman who helped me was Very nice and patient. Took her time to find the right shade for me and applied it to my face and neck to make sure, and she found a perfect match. It was a really wonderful experience. I expected to be intimidated by the stereotype of how the sales rep act in most Sephora’s but the women in this location were very very nice and helpful!

This is my first visit to Sephora store in Whittwood. Alex, who helps me choose skin care products. She is very approachable, pleasant and extremely good at customer care.

The makeup specialist at Sephora was not very helpful. She kept color matching me to shades that did not fit me, saying they would oxidize and wed be able to tell a difference... I was patient because she was the subject expert here, but it just wasnt good service. Plain and simple.

Help or service was impossible to get. Cashiers were nowhere to be found either.

Went to get help on finding my foundation color. I walked around for a good 20 min and none of the employees offered to help. I was gonna go ahead and ask them, but they all looked unwilling to when I would approach them.

First time ever going to this Sephora and was treated wonderful by the staff. Especially Theresa. I was even given samples too ! The Sephora in Brea, Costa Mesa are very stingy with offering samples. I plan on shopping at this Sephora this weekend..even though Brea is closer to me. With good customer service, its worth it.

Ive called 10 times. Does no one work here? or JC Penny in general? tried them too. ugh!
