First time going in there and nobody bothered to acknowledge that I was even there. No hello, no...can I help you...nothing. So I left and not even a goodbye or thank you for coming...nothing!!! Not one word was spoken to me and I was in there a good 10 to 15 minutes.

For this lover of The WORD OF GOD (in written form as well as IN THE FLESH), aside from some great fellowship (in this persons opinion, never to be assumed), they had more than hoped for, need one say more?!

Friendly staff. They have a lot of stuff that I wanted to take home. I bought a cute pink bible and some home decor. Loved this place!

Book and Bible stores are getting harder and harder to find since online shopping is the new normal, and I actually went to two other stores today to no avail, until I found The Chapel Store...the first store in Los Angeles was no longer in operation, the second one in Glendale was closed for inventory for three days😣...my cousin and I finally asked Google for this store.Well, the run around today was driving us crazy, but I was pleasantly surprised at the warm and gracious welcome we received when we walked in. Let me explain...I needed to find items to put in a gift bag for my Secret Sister Reveling at my church this Sunday.I wanted these items to be of course of a spiritual nature, personable to her, and something she would cherish for a long time to come. The Chapel Store had all of that and more, with even an added 25% off of everything during this after Christmas sell. I saved nearly $30.My gift bag looks wonderful, and my secret sister will be surprised to find out that I have been the one praying for her these past months, and sending her other special gifts all along.Everything I needed today I found at The Chapel Store including smiling faces, and extremely helpful employees...you feel the warmth when you walk through their door (something you would never get on line). If youre in the area please take the time to visit, the kindness will keep you coming back, and I pray their doors will remain open! Continued blessings to them...

Great Christian Store, friendly and informative staff. Love their wide selection of novelty items and books.

Not sure of the hiring process. They might want to know more on the bases of biblical concept, not everything is served on a chart!
