Eddie over at tool rentals needs to get some training on customer service. Not only is he rude but also does weird things like walks up behind you, stands there and instead of greeting you when you turn around he stares at you like youre stupid or something. I felt so uneasy I had to turn around and ask him if he needed anything. Make sure you ask for someone else to help you if he starts being rude
