Terrible place with a terrible owner. Very un experienced so called “specialists” who do terrible jobs. Just causes damage to cars which cost more than the actual product. I would recommend not even going here.

Very un happy and angry with this garbage !! Spent $1,800 for just bull shet audio evenY stock sounded much better I regret coming here There very unprofessional for sound system honestly it’s a waste of money and time coming to this place !!! I had my complete audio system installed here and it doesn’t sound how it supposed to sound one of the new speakers popes took it back and now the rear speakers don’t sound !! And they don’t take care of you car when they remove the dash…. Really do Mickey mouses on everything they can, they couldn’t put the speakers with new frames, they cut out the the stock frame to put new speakers to fit SMH!

They are very unqualified. They did not ask me how I wanted my alarm program had to bring it back three separate times they have gotten very greedy and expensive. I do not recommend them. They are not qualified technician.They have turned into some greedy crook the guy gave me a price on the phone when I got there he went up three times the price. Nothing but lying con artist

Took my 2007 chevy tahoe in so they can install a double din that I got as a gift, they installed it but wen I turn up the volume the door speakers sound nothing like they did with the stock stereo, I also asked them for help in finding a 10 in subwoofer that was strong enough for a 3000 watt amp, well the sub they sold me burned out in 1 week, now I have to go back to see if they will give me another sub...so far its been a nightmare

Garbage !!!! Spent $800 on an alarm and gave me nothing but problems. Terrible install caused dôme light to stay on, and caused an electrical short. I dont recomend the place.

This is the second time I bring cars to them and they always do a good job. I live in westminster which is about 30 minutes away from the shop but I came here because of their service.

I got a Price on some tint From Sammy told me to be in the next day at 10 oclock in the morning hes not there . Another technician Told me it would be more after calling Sammy Sammy shouldnt be working there if he doesnt know how to give a Price on a simple tint job. Took my wifes GTI to get it tinted he was gonna charge me 200 for all the windows and front Visor and the little front quarter windows. I thought sounds great dropped off the car went back to pick up and the front small quarter windows were not done he said the guy doing the work told him at first that he could do it then he told him he couldnt do those. Now I gotta spend more time and money to take it to someone that knows what theyre doing.

I think a lot of the times theres some businesses that all they care about is selling your product for new product and they think that youre not going to find out luckily nowadays with the internet you can always look up models and both of the times that Ive been there try to get a stereo theyre trying to charge me almost $200 for the retail price Im trying to tell them that its a different model but its not the same one that I found on Amazon or on eBay.

Been Coming to this Location for 7 yrs now. Brought all 6 of my cars thru out all those years, even while i was Stationed in SD for Military. The only place i will recommend for tint, sound systems and other interior/exterior projects. Can be really busy at times but quality is good and customer service is great. It is Worth a wait to get the quality for a great price.

We had a problem and they totally took care of us.We had a new stereo put in my daughters car. A couple of days later we came back as the touch screen and back up camera were not working right.They jumped on it and replaced the stereo, made sure the backup camera was dialed in, and set up the sync to my daughters phone.Sammy took care of everything and we definitely recommend Stereo Zone for their service and prices.

SteroZone is the best place to come and get anything you need, they treated me with so much respect and they have great customer service. My window tints were amazing and also all the installations. I was very happy with my 2016 BMW i8 I highly recommend everyone to come here and see Sammy.

I took my car on 09/20 early morning 11:00 am for installation of tail bumper lights and interior dim lighting. I was told car would be ready by 2:00 pm I gave them some extra time and stopped to pick up my car at 4:00 pm car not ready, was told to go back in one hour 5:00 pm not ready 6:00 pm not ready, 7:00 pm car was “ready” I checked to make sure all light came on and found out the lights did not work.I was told to bring the car back next day. I get home notice many scratches by the lights they installed. I took my car back next day they said the light were defective and the installation was done right nothing could be done not a sorry nothing. I made an appointment with an electrical repair shop. They checked the lights and found out they had been installed incorrect. I had to pay for the shop to correct the installation. I went back to let them know about the finding they got a really defensive about their shabby work. They never acknowledged any mistakes, my car now need a new paint job.

Went to 3 other shops closer to my house and none of them knew what a flash resistor for LED bulds was. I needed 8 of them installed and Stereo Zone was able to do it with no problem.

I went to this place for an amp and subwoofer. They helped me, after an hour long of wait. One of the guys comes to me telling me that my amp has a problem. They charged me $70 to find the ground and to have it worked. That never happen. Not only did i found out after i got home that my amp was not even on and working, but they also did not work on the amp. The guy clearly said they were going to installed new wires, but it never happen. These guys are a scam. They are nice when you buy from them. I took it back for them to fix it and they could not do anything for me. Stay away from this guys. Your money is worth for them, but customer satisafaction is one thing they lack.

Took my wifes car there to put a system in it for her Birthday. (stereo speakers and a small amp.) I kid you not it was the worst sounding stereo I have ever heard. The stock speakers sounded much better. I took it back and they told me those were the best speakers they had that would fit in the stock location. I told them that I wanted them to put the stock speakers back in then and they said that they destroyed them taking them out and there was nothing they could do. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

The Manager tried to scam me, these guys are super unprofessional, they yell back at you no customer service whatsoever and their technicians DO NOT know what they are doing when installing anything. They need to fire everyone there and get new people or shut down this business because its going down. I came in hoping to get a better sound system and they Fd it up so bad that it was embarrassing I just let it go I do not trust them, Im going elsewhere to get it fixed and you should to.

WOW, very impressed...i took my sisters car in to Stereo Zone who lives nearby to have her speakers checked out because they were not working properly. When i came into there establishment they were very welcoming and helpful, before i even had a chance the gentlemen at the front desk jumped out of his seat and said let me take a look and see what i can do. He came out to my car and helped me with the adjustments and the stereo system sounded much better. I decided since they were willing to come out to my vehicle and fix my problem for free, that these guys were the real deal. i decided to surprise my sister with a new cd/ipod stereo and speakers and they did it fast, clean and everything sounds amazing. LISTEN!!!! took my nice 05 srt 10 truck to get a flip up screen stereo they charged me $275 with installation then they tell me it needs a module there gos another $75 I didnt even see the part at all tbh. It took like 4 hours to install it! Took it home next day all of my dash lights came on and needles go crazy, get it checked out and my nice truck has a short now!! The sells people try getting the most out of you and the workers dont know what theyre doing at all trust me dont go here its a scam they dont treat you or your car with respect I really regret going here smh...

Good Customer Service, Smooth transaction

HORRIBLE!! I was shocked after getting into my car! I went to get a simple radio and alarm installed in my Honda and they couldnt even do THAT right. They cracked 2 spots in my center console while installing the radio and went about fixing it with some sloppy, thick black glue! It was the first thing that stood out to me when I got into my car!! I couldnt believe they didnt even WARN me about the damage before I got in! I went to put the radio on and it sounded horrible. No one even took the time to set the settings right! The extra alarm features (such as opening the trunk with a push of a button) were not set up and I didnt notice that until the next day because I left so annoyed. I also had wires hanging down by my gas/brake petal from sloppy work. UGH.P.S. When I pulled up to the shop the next day to ask them to fix their damage, I kid you not, there was 2 other people ahead of me COMPLAINING of similar damage!!! To make it worse they told us the owner only comes in once a week (Sundays) and there was nothing they could do except offer a discount on our next purchase!! LOL Are you kidding? I would NEVER waste another dime here!!People are so SCUMMY now-a-days!!!

Just bought a sub and amp for my car last week they overpriced everything ridiculously they did not give me a ported box as was stated in the agreement i laughed at the owners son im just assuming he is because he acted like a little brat told me sony subs are good yeah right and then when i took the car back to get the ported box the guy in the front got aggressive and started yelling at me if i were you i would avoid this trainwreck never spending even a cent here again
