Where can I start. I would first like to say that the staff is very inviting very friendly and always willing to help you get specifically what you need. They are all very willing to work with you as well as with your budget on a new piece in mind. I made the mistake of stopping at another shop that was on my way home, where the staff was extremely unhelpful and rude. Worth the trip.I was looking to buy a budget, basic oil rig set to get started, and walked out with a couple extra attachments and items, all under $100.Jessica helped me out, she listened to what I was interested in getting while showing me some glassware she thought would fit, answered all of my questions, and gave me my time to examine every fitting and tool.I walked out very happy with my purchase, and I know where I can fill my future glassware needs from now on.

I bought a bubbler from this place for $28 last Sunday, January 29th 2017. I was happy with it but after 4 days (about 4 total uses) it broke. As I was cleaning the bowl it just collapsed inside. I gave 2 stars because at least they gave me a free case for it.
