Called at 10:30 in the morning in a Saturday looking to get a window repaired after being vandalized. The man who answered was rude and unhelpful. He told me they were closed for the day and to wait until Monday. I let him know that my business needed to at least be boarded up and asked if he could do that on the meantime but he was very unresponsive and just said no to call back Monday. Definitely taking my business elsewhere and suggest you do too. Rude customer service isn’t how you keep a business going during a pandemic.

It would run from this company. Do not use. he does not know how to install a screen door properly. Put the wrong pneumatic closer on three different times, one screw on the his customer service was so poor you wanted to fight and arguehinges that attach to the frame

If I could leave this review zero stars I would. Richard is impossible to work with. He takes advantage of women, gets paid for jobs, and never shows up. When a man gets involved in the project, he refuses to work with them and will only work with the women who he has tried to manipulate. He was given multiple times to install a project and took the money and ran. He needs to have his business shut down by the BBB. Dont believe the positive reviews he has here. They are likely not real customers, more likely personal friends of his. He is very, very disrespectful and unprofessional. Buyer beware!

I called, Richard answered, gave me a quote right on the spot, two days later he got the job done for fair price. Very satisfied .
