I was recommended to Rasmussen through a friend. I ordered an accessory for my heater. Smooth process to deliver.Then things changed....I had to return. When I reached out to Rett Rasmussen, NOT ONLY did he want to charge me for shipping the unit, he also wanted to charge me a 20% restocking fee. I called twice asking for help and was hung up on.There are ways of doing business and then there arent. Rent and his company doesnt care about customers. I hope when you read this, you will consider taking your business elsewhere.Terrible owner. Terrible company.ADDING TO MY REVIEW:Rett - Im ONLY an unhappy customer which you clearly dont care about. I have the portable Anywhere Infared grill and it gets HOT in a few minutes!!! I rarely have to cook on high and the V grates really deliver on flavor. Easy to clean as well... Great grill !

They didnt really help, acted like I was bothering them

This is a great company with great products. I bought an infra-red grill a few months ago and its fantastic. Nothing beats infra-red grilling and this grill does it best. Fire it up and its red hot in just 3 minutes! Steaks, burgers, fish, and chicken are nicely charred on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. Even hot dogs are fantastic! The grill itself is well made of heavy gauge stainless to last for years. Lifetime warranty and the owner responds personally to questions or concerns. Its a pleasure doing business with them!!!

I have owned a solaire grill for over 13 years and I must say it is the best grill ever. The warranty as well as the quality of the grill is unsurpassed.

Purchased the GREAT anywhere infrared portable gas grill, best purchase I have ever made, was sceptical about the size, well let me tell you this grill cooks FAST holds in all the juices, the best steaks you will ever eat, awesome burgers, great chops,,one word of caution FOLLOW the cooking times or else you will drastically overcook your food. This grill is well made, cleans up in notime, and best of all does not leave grease drippings on your table or in storage in your RV.

Horrible service, rude people working here, I was yelled over the phone by ret for asking about the quality of the product. No one will cooperate with you. These people are just looking for a quick buck! Be careful with there product not great quality, I suggest other company’s. Not to mention this company supports DONALD TRUMP.

Would love to post a photo...purchased ceramic fireballs for firepit made by rasmussen. after 23 uses, the 8 inch fireball completely deteriorated. contacted rasmussen within the warranty period. provided requested documentation of photos and invoices. it was determined by the rasmussen rep that i did not use the fireball in any way that would void the warranty.although the website indicates these fireballs have a 2 year warranty, after i provided the documentation, the rep notified me that my fireball had a 6 month warranty. therefore, they would not honor the 2 year warranty, nor would they replace the defective fireball. however, they did offer to sell me a new fireball for the bargain price of $135.based on my experience with this product, this company, and their customer service, i cannot in good conscience recommend their products. additionally, i would recommend customers look at other manufacturers of similar products rather than purchase a product manufactured by rasmussen.edit: since writing this review, i was contacted by the president of rasmussen. he asked me to remove this review. when i refused, he became very angry, and began shouting at me over the phone. he was so unreasonable and angry, i had to terminate the conversation.
