If I could give them 0 stars I would!! The “manager” there was horrible, and completely lacked ANY customer service skills. Do yourself a favor and go to any other GNC. Unfortunately there use to be another GNC in Whittier, and I was sad to find they had closed that store. The people there were so helpful. The next closest store is in La Habra. Take your business there instead. You can’t possibly find worst service anywhere else.

I think a lot of this place is one thing they do lack is customer service especially when a lot of their help is on the phone checking Facebook Twitter all the social media accounts I think have been something that tarnishes customer service this location is no exception all the time that I was in the store the person at the register was on their phone texting and talking to their friends.

Horrible costumer service i went in there trying to purchase so keto or diet plan n the guy there had no information or knowledge on any of the products he wasnt helpful at all i was soo disappointed because i feel should i have to travel somewhere elsewhere to get the help or information i need just because the person there doesnt care about doing his job.

Being diabetic I tried different supplements but the gentleman at gnc recommend mega womens ultra mega diabetic support,, i feel lot better now,,,, thanks a lot,,, I highly recommend this
