What can I say always kind and always have exactly what I need

There are 2 guys who work here who are always rude for no particular reason. Multiple occasions where they’re disrespectful and talking bad about you on your way walking out. They raise prices when not supposed to and talk to you in a patronizing way

Amazing customer services on outside the old town Whittier

This liquor store is around the corner from where I live. So coming here is pretty convenient for me. I used to love coming here during the day, but the owner. Hes rude and very condescending. Ive personally stopped coming in during his shift because almost every encounter Ive had, he been rude. Its a great store. Just upset me that theres been so many other bad reviews just about the owner.

I lived in the area for the last decade. I have a service animal and a visible disability. I never had an issue with my dog until my last visit where the gentleman was demanding to see proper verification and that everyone claimed their dog was a service animal. It was mortifying and will take my business elsewhere

Wont be back and Im sure the owner wont even care. I used to go because the environment seemed friendly but maybe it was because I was only there for 2 minutes or less the more I frequented the owner seems to do a lot of opinion sharing and customer shaming. He just shared with me an opinion about customers with a balance on their card below a certain amount like thats a problem for him. I didnt know you had to have a certain amount to get into a store or to spend money. I think youre confused and believe that your liquor store is on Rodeo Drive or something. If youre not into customer service why do you own a public business in a really public place??? Thats my genuine question youre not BevMo as much as you may try to be I normally dont like posting negatively towards business but my interactions just dont sit well with me.

You have to pay with cash if you’re planning on spending anything under $10 here. I came in here trying to buy a drink with my DEBIT CARD and was told that I must pay a $10 minimum to do so. Apparently the owner doesn’t know 7 elevens and grocery stores exist.

Anytime I go in here, the owner has an attitude for some reason. I don’t want to claim a man is racist without knowing him but maybe he just doesn’t know how to give proper customer service. I definitely won’t go in anymore. I am only glad that I only ever bought chips from this fella and not overpriced liquor

Very racist, would not recommend going to this place . I walked in the establishment early today and asked the Asian man about the job offer because they had a help wanted sign in the window . He told me that the job was filled four weeks ago, i then suggested they should bring the help wanted sign down as to not confuse anymore customers such as myself .. the Asian man behind the counter then began to tell me I had no ambition and would amount to nothing( which caught me completely offguard ), then he started marking racial slurs until he finally threatened to have me arrested.. me not understanding the amount of intense angry that man had for me, i asked why he was talking to me like that, to which he replied leave my store or I’ll have you arrested. I felt a Very racist, disrespectful and unprofessional vibe coming from this Asian man ( call because I made a mere suggestion ) . I will not be Purchasing anything from this location anymore .

I know it probably is not easy run a business all the time but this place has terrible customer service. The owner (Asian Man) is very condescending to his customers. I used to be a regular but every single time I went in, he was on his phone even if I was asked to pay. He has a fake ness to him that is hard to ignore and prices are always increasing. There are plenty of good liquor stores in uptown

Only come here if you want to be price gauged. Bought a 12 pack of white claws and four grape sodas and was charged $43.

Rude person kicks out people who want to buy cheap beer and wants customers to buy higher price beer dont recommend you coming here oh and he threatened you to put your picture on the door if your debit card has low minimum of cash he even calls the cops

The guy behind the counter was a total ass. We asked about a bottle the he kept mentioning to another customer and when we asked he said he wasnt gonna tell us anything unless we were gonna buy it. Then started to insult us (2 adults and a child) as we were walking out cause we decided to take our business else where. Dont recommend this place to anyone unless you want a rude ass person to help you

Walked in to purchase a drink and he flipped his lid because I handed him change to pay.I have lived in this area for over 20 years and find it hard to believe this person would be allowed to have a bussiness and treat anyone in this manner. This is an awesome liquor store. Had a wide variety of beer.

I just got kicked out for buying two white claws and I tried paying w a debit card, the owners son Richard said he had to charge me $1 fee so I said its fine charge me, but he wanted me to pay with cash because it was stupid for paying an extra dollar so I said no man its fine charge me a dollar and he said No get out, Im calling the cops, GET OUT!
