I originally decided to contact RPE for an estimate on header work. From three phone call itself i knew i was dealing with an expert in their craft. I spoke to Rob and he was more than willing to give suggestions on how to get my bike fixed. He not only took care of my situation then in a timely fashion but he was also very professional and very inviting along with his crew. They take the time to listen to what you want and what you need and He suggests only what is best for the consumer, which I highly appreciate. Just today I went back for a kickstand spring that had broken off my bike and they were quick to put my bike on the stand and replace the Springs, I pay for my part in the service, and was on my way. I have decided to make rpe motorcycle might go to shop because the gentlemen there are top-notch

My favorite place ever! Rob and his daughter are the best. Bunny bought barbie from here and we make sure to come here whenever possible. The day i dropped the chain at 180 mph they had my part stayed open for me to pick it up within the hour.

Good customer service should never go unnoticed!I ordered a pink Chain and black sprocket set from RPE Cycles for my 2014 Gsxr750. It arrived within 3 days. Unfortunately the rear sprocket was silver instead of black, but RPE sent out the black sprocket as soon as I contacted them which was very much appreciated.Then my mechanic informed me that the black sprocket did not fit with my bike. (My fault for not noticing the set was for a 2006-2010 Gsxr750) I contacted RPE, they had a black 45 tooth sprocket in stock that would fit my bike. I was able to purchase it from them and they gave me a quicker shipping option. They also told me that I would receive a partial refund if i returned both the silver and the incorrect black sprocket, which I was not expecting but very much appreciated!I would absolutely buy from RPE again. Its nice to see some companies still take pride in making sure their customers are happy.Thank you RPE Motorcycles!

I love this place, been going to RPE for a few years now and every time I walk out, I leave with a little more knowledge then when I first walked in on how to perform my own repairs successfully. Prices are fair but where the real value comes into play is how helpful there team is in making you understand what you need to achieve the desired result your looking for. I love RPE, I just went down there thinking I need my clutch replaced and they test rode my bike and told me it still has life in it... If I went to the stealership or another mechanic they would have ripped me off and told me to replace it. RPE is amazing. They got my chain adjusted and lubed quick for really good price. I will be coming back for sure. If you are debating where to take your motorcycle for maintenance or repair... Trust me, go to RPE. They know whats up!!! A+++++++++

Had a weird problem with my rear brake, turns out the was a piece of rubber stuck in a banjo Bolt. They spent a significant amount of time solving my problem and didnt kill me on the price. Great service very respectable people 10/10 would recommend.
