This property was very clean and secured! We were running short on time but the staff, Patricia specifically was VERY helpful and friendly with giving us a tour of the property and explaining all the details about the storage place. STRONGLY recommend!

We had a up to two large units here at this Public Storage since early 2018 and our experience was seamless. Never had any issues or concerns with our property. The facility has always been secure and clean during our visits. They have the largest elevator most of us will ever see, same comment from my professional movers (when moving out), which was convenient when moving to/from our units. Special recognition to Patricia at this property 👏 as she handles herself in such a professional manner (not just with us, I witnessed her interactions with other customers, even a customer that started with a negative attitude (as they did not pay the rent on time, complaining about the late fee) and Patricia remained professional and courteous, this customer left thanking Patricia before she left. On our move out date she provided great customer service and was very attentive to our needs every step of the way. Just made everything go smoothly. Now just a note related to the one customer that was complaining because they didnt pay on time and received a late fee, the team here personally calls with reminders (after your due date) and you receive text messages in every effort to avoid any late fees so really no reason to reach that point of a late fee. Anyhow, thank you again Patricia and continue with your awesome personality and professionalism as you will go far!! Thank you Public Storage for having a WOW customer service team at this location (please take care of them) to make stressful moves so smooth.

Mike at this location was awesome. Helpful, friendly and informative. His customer service skills were exceptional. Flew in from Seattle for a one day visit to clear out my sons dorm room. Prior to this, helped me pick a perfect sized unit over the phone. Mike called me back with cubic dimensions and a follow-up and also on the day of my visit. Assisted me checking in advance of moving into storage. Upon arrival, no paperwork to fill out and moving to storage room took less than 15 minutes. With Mike in charge, I highly recommend.

I rented here back in 2001 and found myself in need of storage again. I immediately thought of this location. Paul was the first person I met here and he was super helpful and kind. I really like everything about this location and the only thing I wish was that the gate and unit access was extended hours. Theyre open the same hours as the front office which can make getting to storage hard when youre working. In total, I would highly recommend this location!

The staff here is AWESOME. Helpful beyond the call of duty. Upfront and honest. The hours are not the most extensive, they will tell you this. But, if I can’t get at my stuff in the wee hours - nobody else can. Not to suggest this location seems anything but safe and clean.

We had a great experience here using the facility for a business move. Mike, the Property Manager, made the on-boarding experience extremely easy, transparent, and enjoyable. We scheduled time with him and met him and he walked us through our different options in terms of space and pricing. He was extremely friendly, professional, and made us feel very comfortable. Old building that was converted into a storage facility. Not all units have the signature orange doors that many Public Storage places have, however this is not an issue for me. The door on my unit is made of very thick wood and has a spot to secure two locks. I had to provide my own lock or buy one for $20 which is a fair deal. You are provided a gate code which allows you to enter/leave the property through the loading dock side. I wish the keypads to get in were in a better spot though. I often find myself having to get out of my car and enter the code and then get back in my car. Not the biggest deal and not something Im going to deduct points for.The first months rent is only $1 but then you get hit with a $25 initiation fee. Still pretty good deal nonetheless. Public Storage offers auto pay which makes it super easy to pay.The manager, Mike, is a good dude. There are three complimentary moving carts that are available at the loading dock by the freight elevator. They are locked up and you have to see a manager for a key. Mike is always there for me when I need a key.I dont see myself having issues with this place or the management. Quite the opposite really. I recommend it.

I found a super deal online which I was able to secure by calling the number given. Devin helped me find a unit that let me use the online deal and was within 3 miles of my home. The facility closest to me was out of the size I needed. With a few short answers and about 5 minutes I had a unit confirmed as reserved. After ending the call with Devin (a very helpful, upbeat person) I called the location he had given me the number and address to. Martha, the lady who answered the facility phone, had already received my information and plans from Devin. She asked me for a convenient time for me to view the reserved unit. I was in a time crunch and asked if there was any time that no one would be there to help me Martha gave me the store hours and when her planned lunch time was. Sensing my urgency, Martha offered to wait for me because I lived so close. I expected to be rushed through the process and was pleasantly surprised when Martha met me with a friendly smile and a genuine, warm personality. She worked well into her lunch time to show me a different unit because the one I chose was to small. After that it was a very short time to finish the details of my rental and I was able to still go rent a truck and take two loads to my unit the same day. I appreciate the helpful, professional attitude I count on and receive when ever I go to my rental unit.

Over two years later and I again give this Public Storage a five star rating. This is because of the store manager Mike. He was extremely helpful and courteous. A rare quality to find a friendly personality like this in a manager.Just rented a unit here and felt super comfortable with the place and the service. I was helped by both Cynthia and Ray. Cynthia finalized the paperwork for me in a quick efficient manner. Very friendly service. It’s an older building but kept super clean. (I’m one to take notice of cleanliness) They pass with flying colors. Would definitely recommend this place.

UPDATE: I had to move out of my place and unit to another city and it was urgent as my current situation ended up being a mistake. Because I had issues with my room mate I needed to change the gate code, my lock and the authorized users on my account and quickly. Martha was awesome!! she took care of me and even made me feel like I was part of the family. She is a professional with the best customer service I have seen in a long time. These two employees at this facility are wonderful. The unit was exactly the right size, it was clean and dry and stayed that way. No bugs were seen or found among my items which in past storage units has been and issue. Thank you so much for such great care. I wish you were at my new facility. (Not that its a bad one just dont know the staff their yet)Robert Took the time to slow me more than one unit, and understood my financial concerns and that as an accountant the bottom line was what I wanted and not a bunch of sales talk. Excellent customer service, Robert is very nice polite and professional.

I went to get my storage unit on 05/11/17 before noon, I reserved it over the phone, which saved time. The service here was great! Martha, who is the manager was very charming, gracious and extremely helpful as well as a delight to speak too. Even though she was busy, she still managed to make me feel as though I was the most important customer there. She was truly a breath of fresh air for me, I have had a few stressful weeks and it was a relief that getting a storage unit proved to be super easy as well as enjoyable, thanks to Martha. The only negative thing I have to say about this Public Storage is their hours of operation. You have only the allotted time that the office is open to store and retrieve from your unit, because when office closes for the day the whole facility closes. Which is a huge inconvenience if you can only go to the storage after 6 pm. I needed to move during the week and all of my helpers can only assist me after they get out of work, so by the time they get to my house to help, the public storage is already closed. This is something that they should change.Otherwise, service was top notch! I cannot say enough nice things about Martha, she made my day. Totally reccommend her.Thanks again Martha, we need more people like you in the world.

The staff (Ray & Kammy) at this Public Storage is awesome!!! I have never had an issue remain unanswered and always feel safe. Ray takes the time to remember your name and never leaves a request unanswered. I wish the property was open until 9pm like the others but the personal service at this location is worth that inconvenience!!!

Stopped in today to see what type of storage space is available. Prices were good and the place was very clean. Mike was very helpful and even offered some suggestions about products that would help make our move a little easier. Ill be bringing my husband by this weekend and hopefully renting a space.
