Went there last week with my son to by a laptop. He is 18 and about to go to MSU. He has been saving for a nice laptop for awhile. He is an art student and wanted the surface pro 7. They were out of them and were going to have to order. The guy helping us, I think his name was Jason(older guy with gray hair) provided us the best customer service Ive ever had. He found us a better deal. A nicer computer with more memory and cost less because it was on sale. I really feel like he went above and beyond to help my son out. I wish there were more employees like him everywhere.

Randy was soooo helpful when it came to picking out a camera! Unfortunately they were out of stock but they can order it from the store for you if need be! And be delivered at the store or your house. Randy definitely helped us choose on the camera we will be buying, and we are super thankful for all of his knowledge! 😊

We love the online Best Buy more than our local store yet we also try to support local businesses.The main difference is the online store will have special prices. The local store has excellent staff that are knowledgeable and helpful.

Terrible staff who seems very incompetent when it comes to selling phones. Supervisors have attitudes and everyone seemed like they were being burdened when it came to purchasing a phone. I decided to buy from a different Best Buy instead. Never give money to a store that doesnt appreciate its customers.

Bought a Insignia 65” t.v. from Best Buy last year on 10-14-20. After have countless issues with the t.v. I went to turn on it on to watch the game. The screen went green. So, I called the store in Wichita Falls and finally got someone to answer. I explained my issues and was put on hold then hung up on. So I called back and got ahold of their “out sourcing call center” after being on the phone for another hour. I was told to bring the t.v. In and they would swap it out. Because it was still under warranty. I mounted the t.v. and drove it to The store in Wichita Falls to have the “Supervisor” handed me a piece of paper and told me call to call geek squad. He had his mind made up before he ever talked to me.Best Buy isn’t what it used to be. To the 20 year old staff to the cheap “call centers” they use. To the even cheaper products they sell.I’ve been on the phone and wasted my day trying to get my t.v. Fixed that didn’t even last a year.NO WORRIES THE GEEK SQUAD IS COMING TO CHECK OUT TO FIX IT AT THE END OF NEXT WEEK! HA HA!I’ll post a updated on how this all plays out.They’re taught to push their house brand “insignia” on you….. word to the wise, spend the extra 120.00 bucks.

I came in to find a USB cable for my DSLR camera and was personally assisted by Jacob. The product I needed was not overtly on the shelf, so he went to search for the product in the back and was able to locate it! He even allowed me to check to insure if the port was the right size before purchasing. The other employees were kind as well. Good store location and management!

I had a way better experience at Best Buy than Office Depot. I went to office Depot looking for some printer ink, and all the people around me were asked if they needed help, and when I tried to ask a question I was ignored. I left and went to Best Buy and what a difference! I was greeted coming thru the door, and help was so easy to find. In fact,I was approached by a store worker who was so kind and helpful. He even googled my printer ink alongside me to make sure I took home the right one for the printer. Then the cashier was even more amazing. He had an african name that started with an O...I cant remember it, but he was Mr Personality Plus! Best buy is out of the way for me, but hell, Ill be back just for the service! Kudos

Little selection for Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ cellphone cases. Friendly staff with the exception of the employees that were dedicated to the cellphone department.

I couldnt get any help on this trip. Fortunately I was able to find what I needed without help. I am sure if I were a pretty young woman I would have gotten all kinds of help. It is one of the downsides of being an old white man. The young woman at the checkout counter was awesome and even remembered me from a couple of weeks ago.

Dont shop here- my mother-in-law, who is the nicest person, tried to buy her grandson some air pods. She wanted them shipped to her (she is high risk and avoiding contact.) She tried to order them on the internet and she accidentally selected in store pickup. She tried to call to fix the problem. After many tries and much waiting, she got ahold of a person that said she would have to pick them up, they couldnt change things. She sent her husband to pick them up. They refused to give them to her husband since the names didnt match. They ended up cancelling their order. If someone could have just helped them get what they wanted the way they wanted, all would have been good. Did anyone want to help or care? No. They were treated like garbage. Boycott Best Buy. I hope this place goes out of business or learns how to treat customers.

Being the only electronic store in town its ok. Yet I try to avoid visiting. Upon entering youre hounded, I can be in one area individual will approach Ill say Im looking, then another, then another, thats when I just drop what I have and leave. Then theres time I need help no one to be found cause theyre all huddling together BSing. Customer service bad.

Store ws kept clean and neat. The staff was also very helpful. The only reason I’m giving them this rating is because there were multiple items that were out of stock.

Made curbside purchase/pickup. Was very easy, quick at store. Really liked how well it worked. Will use curbside again. If you have not used before. You purchase online and choose curbside pickup. You get an email when its ready. Park in a numbered pickup spot and send the number through the email instructions with bring out instruction. Then you get a verification number to give to associate who brings out the merchandise. No standing in lines.

Drove two hours to get a Laserjet printer and the only ones they had were $449 and up. No more affordable ones in stock. Guess Ill just have to order online, I really needed it today though.

A lot of good stuff here, and even a few things you might not expect. Its very satisfying, walking through the aisles and finding trinkets that not only didnt you know exist, but you need.

There items are really good or over priced. I say a Google hud for 80 at best buy. I went to wal.art and saw one for 41 dollars. Whats that all about.

It sucked today because they didnt have what I wanted but normally they do have what I need or want.

Hard to get help from anyone...they were too busy chatting to stop and help customers so I left and will purchase elsewhere.

We were in town visiting our son whose USAF and he was shopping for new earbuds. We were approached several times to see if we needed help. Selection was mediocre but customer service was fantastic!

Often overpriced but sometimes worth the trouble when you cant afford to wait for something to be shipped to you.

The employees at Best Buy are so nice and helpful. If your sales person does not know the answer to your question, he will find someone who does. I shop for all of my electrics at Best Buy . They are consistent in their level of customer service.

Curbside pickup is the way to go! Ordered a new monitor online and the time from death of old monitor to new one picked up and installed was less than one hour

Can call ahead and let them know what you want/need. Pull up to designated parking and they bring item to you. You can also go in store, very helpful and will get item for you.

Went to purchase a laptop. The actual instore availability was next to none.Only had two laptops in stock that I could purchase and take home without going with a Dell or Mac. Next Geek Squad appointment was 24 hours later. This is a huge hardship on people who do not live in Wichita Falls and have to travel to make this purchase.

3 months after purchase pc no longer detects boot drive. Best buy will not offer any warranty support and we were told good luck fixing it ourselves from the geek squad. Shipping to manufacturer is a little over 150 dollars so if something goes wrong expect 0 assistance from BestBuy and a costly shipping fee that will not be reimbursed.

Went in search of a new TV and sound bar. Noone in that department approached and asked to help me. Had to make the decisions on my own and help myself to the items I wanted. Only after standing in one place by the computer area for another item for a good 10 minutes did a staff member finally notice we were there. He was very friendly and got what we wanted then checked us outVery disappointed in their service.

Had geek squad mount a TV on my wall, very professional and the TV looks great. Quick and quality usually doesnt go together, but today it does. It maybe took 45 minutes after their measurements.
