Weve been renting there for6 years and if we have a problem its always solved.The store manager always works with us and if we need help she does what she can to help us out. Im in wichita falls tx and there might be ups and downs but it always gets wked out just like a marriage... Lol

So far so good. Needed a laptop and they helped me out in less than 20 minutes. Reasonable prices and very professional.

This place is the worst give false information. Friend was getting a tv from there she moved and asked if she couod have someone take over payments the general manager said yes as long as they fill out the app. I filled it out they came and got tv from friend when i called to set up delivery they said oh we dont allow anyone to take over payments you have to start over from beginning. All thatvwas iwed was 400 so basically they kept the tv my frind lost out on all of her miney and when i asked for my app back so i can shred it because all my info was on i was told i couldnt have it back they would dispose of it. Conplete worst company ever

I wish could give a 0 star. Every person at this store is a POS.

1 they are an impatient.2 they will not let a pregnant woman get by till the end of the month. Just went on maternity leave and just lost her job.3 they say one thing and go back on their word

The lady that manages the place is very rude and disrespectful,to say the least.. I have spent over $15,000 with Rent-A-Center in the last 4 years furnishing afew houses..And,was told when I went to purchase furniture for my new house here in Wichita, that I would only get 50% of what the money I put in back on my last purchase.. These folks will steal for you!!! My recommendation is do not go there unless it is a last resort...

Have rented from this rent a center several times over the years. Never missed a payment and always returned items in perfect condition. Went in today to rent something I only need it for 2 weeks and would pay both weeks up front. Then I was told they had a month minimum rental which I have never heard of or read and have rented a few items for less than this in the past. As much of my money that has went to this place you would think they would help you out for once. I would never treat a customer this way. Especially since I called their customer service department and was told there is no such minimum. I will no longer use this rent a center. I do not like being lied too. Rant over.

Well first off the special club that you join for free is not free they charge you and they lied to you by adding it into the price of whatever youre purchasing will not go back again

First I filled out a application online and when I missed 2 of there calls they shredded my application . Then I went in and re did my application almost stayed 2 HOURS in that store for them to tell me they are going to call me back “ tomorrow “ never got a call they could of just told me no . Instead of wasting my time I been looking for a bed for a week now and they got my hopes up telling me they where going to give me the bed and the mattress only which I was fine with . They disappointed me and I would not tell any of my friends or family about them .
