Outstanding service from young man in plumbing helped get everything we needed within 10 minutes of walking in the store he had it loaded on a cart and ready, super helpful and very appreciated .Every section of the store someone asked if they could help us I really appreciated it,my husband always thinks hes got it but it was so nice having someones help and knowledge to point us in the right direction .I will choose this store for all of our home improvement needs from now on, the service was top notch .
Lots of helpful staff members wondering around. Was crazy warm in there though which sucks on a hot day! But not sure theres much they could do about it. Overall was a good experience.

In 2019 i purchased a samsung washer and i purchased the warranty in the first week in August i filed a claim on the washer i was told oct 19 for the service to be completed. the service team from Aand e service came they had know idea how to fix it and left it unfixed . they told me that it was completed. i go to wash cloth and nothing works. called home depot i was told they qould call me back. That didnot happen. today i tried calling them 3 times i talk toa person get put on hold .after about 3 mins i get hung up on this has happened 3 times today. Buyers beware.

Just tried to utilize the Veteran Discount and the cashier lady argued with me that the Veteran designation on my drivers license wasnt accepted.One, it had been accepted previously at Home Depot, Lowes and other establishments.Two, in order to get the Veteran designation on a TX DL one has to submit proof of military service (DD214).Even after advising her of the above she still refused to provide the discount.I therefore left Home Depot and went across the street to Lowes where I was appropriately given a Veterans Discount, no questions asked, just showed my DL.I have done business at HD for many years and the real kicker was my information was already in their system...but she wouldnt even check.
Put on hold, no one answered. Called twice more & didnt get ANYONE to answer phone. Gave up and went to Lowes!

The smell of sawdust and sounds of wood cutting, lumber stacking.. its euphoric for a man. This place had all that, but also great customer service. I was helped fairly quickly and I saw two other customers helped as soon as they popped their heads up to look around as if they needed a second opinion on if they should buy this tool the wife said no to.
I got the items I was looking to purchase. I was greeted by staff and offered assistance. The front of house staff were nice. One of the boxed items I purchased was broken and the exchange process was easy. The layout of the returns register is very cluttered and the line is right in the entrance of the store. The front area is very cluttered and feels like a hoarder house when I come to make my purchases at the self check out.

Update: appeal process is a joke. Still denied. Dont shop here horrible customer service!!!Will never shop here again. Purchased wifi door locks and needed to return them. Didnt have my receipt expected store credit. Not cash back. Was denied by some outside third party that HD contracts with. The door locks are the ones in there cage where an associate has to open and ring you up. Not something able to steal. But yet I wasnt able to return. Yes I should have had my receipt but this was unacceptable. Now to wait 3-4 weeks to appeal this outside partys decision.

Its Home Depot, its like Disneyland for guys.The service at this location is pretty good. There was a period for a while a few years back that it was difficult to find employees, and now they are visible and asking if they can help you. Thats what most people want, someone just offering help.
Clean store. Helpful employees employees, except the cashier. We spent over $600 and felt so rushed... no big line, no reason to rush. It was kind of rude.

This is a great home depot. Everyone always asking if you need assistance and a lot of floor employees. They have well stocked shelves even through all of the craziness that hit in 2020. They always have a great selection of wood and have a nice paint area. The outdoor area is no smiths but it is still satisfactory.

This store and bathrooms are very clean and presentable. The staff are extremely helpful and if they do not know an answer to your question, they find someone who can help you. It is easy to just go about doing your job and (not purpose) forget the customers. Here, they wave at you and greet you. As far as products, theyve kept up pretty well. Ordering a part is very easy as well.

Our business needed Solar Shades. We searched online and found HomeDepot would measure, and install the blinds if we purchased from them. We found some we liked on the Home Depot Website but no where did it state that they did not provide the measure or install for commercial building. They came out did the measure, we ordered our blinds and then we selected 3 times for the install. We never received a confirmation call on any of the dates and after the 1st date passed we called. We informed that the installation order had been cancelled. It was at that time that they told us that this should have never been done and that we would have to find someone to install them ourselves. This was on top of finding out that we only had 15 days to return so in reality we only had 7 days left since we never received notification of the installation cancellation. When we called the local store they were no further help for us as they did not have any clue of what could be offered for commercial buildings. We finally found someone to install & now we are having to deal with getting a replacement shade as one of the blinds we received was damaged. We will never shop at HomeDepot or recommend anyone else to either.
I usually don’t post bad things for business, but I’ve had very bad customer service 3 times in this store, so I feel it’s more than a bad day or less experienced employees. 1 yr ago I purchased some appliances, refrigerator, stove dishwasher, microwave. I asked for installation booked a day & paid. When the installers showed up they installed the refrigerator, but said they could not install the stove and I needed an electrician bc my hook up was outdated ( I know it was not) but then they said they couldn’t install the dishwasher or the microwave (above oven) so not only couldn’t they install 90 of the appliances I had paid to have installed but when they left I realized parts of the refrigerator were NOT installed so I ran out & had them come back. Long story short when I called to speak with the manager I got the “head person” for the appliance department I told him I was upset as I had taken off work fir the installation, not only was he rude he refused to give me a name or employee number. I told it was unprofessional fir them not to know their contractors could do certain jobs. His reasoning was that his employees weren’t well trained, no apologies. I had to wait over 3 days for the credit to post to my card & had to find an electrician & Plummer. The electrician had no problem installing my stove & my hook up was up to date, something with the plumber I had no issues. I’d figured it was just an inexperienced department head that didn’t train his people well. Today I went in, had picked out to exterior doors & wanted to order a garage door I requested assistance to book an appt & get an estimate . One employee stopped & paged for assistance no one showed after 30 min. I stopped another employee he said we had to go to customer service for that, went to customer service got in one line There was two lines. I speak to the person at the desk & he says I can’t do that in this computer so you have to wait for her, so I go and stand in line again although why would you have two computers at customer service that can’t perform the same functions ?! So I finally get to that person by now I’ve waited over an hr. So she tells me I have to go back to the department and get the estimate & appointment done over there. I said well I was there no one showed not even when page, two other employees told me to come here to get that done. So she cuts me off & says wait a minute so she asks some questions & she tells me we don’t install garage doors & you have to speak with george about the entry doors. So I said I just came back from that department I stood in two lines & hVe waited for over an hr, after I was told to come back here twice. She said well George is the one that can help you. I said is he a manager, department head what is he? She said an employee that knows about that. I said so he’s the only one bc they paged him & I waited 30+ minutes and then I was told to come here & now your sending me back? Her reply well that’s all I can do send you to george. I’ve never been so irritated no I’m sorry for your trouble. I can’t believe with as busy as they are that they only have “one employee” that can help with that service. So as of now, they can’t install dishwashers, garage doors, or stoves that I am personally aware of. Very, very disappointing.
In June I purchased a push lawnmower from Home Depo (Wichita Falls). Only after, maybe 10 times mowing I started experiencing problems with it not starting. Yesterday, the final straw it completely stopped working wouldn’t even attempt to turn over. I called and spoke with the Manager (Mike) he was empathetic and said to please return the mower with my receipt and he would replace it with a new one. Now that’s customer service. The returns clerk was professional and very helpful calling for another employee to help me unload the broken mower out of my car. I explained I didn’t want my money back I wanted to upgrade and buy a more reliable push mower. Again, she called for assistance and provided me with a gift card. Employee Angel Rodriguez came to the rescue. Angel went over each mower in stock with me, asking questions to determine my needs and helped me upgrade to a much more reliable brand/engine (Toro/Honda Engine) 3 year warranty. Angel went above and beyond his job description. He opened the box, set up the mower filling it with oil everything (other than gasoline) so when I got home only fuel was needed. By the time I walked out of the store I had three employees helping me. Angel not only helped me. He also helped another customer who needed assistance. I’ve always been a Home Depo customer but have never left a review. Today’s experience deserves a review. 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, Professionalisms and I felt, they truly cared. GREAT JOB. Great experience.
We thought we were going in the right direction by allowing Home Depot subcontractors do some home improvements... the subcontractors Ive encountered were professional, goodworkand pleasant. The problem is if something goes wrong and you have to deal with an employee, who apparently once the job is done, they seem to forget who the paying customer is... PROCEED WITH CAUTION!
Went to get some outdoor plants today. Their plants all looked very healthy. Needed some other items and the first person I asked told me exactly where theyd be.
The staff is usually super helpful, but weve had struggles of late trying to do ordering and in-store pick-up. The online quantities rarely match with what the staff is able to locate which adds to the difficulty. Also, we have found it difficult to get the staff to follow-up with phone calls.
Kudos to Burt Montgomery, David “Shawn” Montgomery and Mike Minuto with Home Depot #3914 and #6588. They went above and beyond and coordinated with another store to make sure we received the correct items we needed. This was after a long week of returning faulty merchandise to Lowe’s and other pitfalls. To these men it was just another day of making things right for a customer. These men are role models to all of us “do it yourself guys”. And a testament to their profession. Thanks are not enough. My hope is that someone higher in their supervision chain sees this and recognizes them for going above when so many are doing the bare minimum during these trying times. Again thank you!

Great customer service, however, the basin I was trying to purchase was showing 3 in stock on the system. When the store associate check the inventory, there were not in stock. Quite frustrating; got there at 6:30 didnt leave the store til 7:45. In the ended, I had to order the basin. Customer service associate was exceptional; patience, professional, thorough.

One part was wrong which we have to go in and exchange now, one part damaged, one part didnt come because they were out and we still havent been refunded and another part also missing but hopefully back in stock soon. Should have went in ourselves or somewhere else. Huge waste of time for our project.

I love this place because when I walk in someone is always eager to help people who look a bit lost!The 2 outstanding gentlemen who work in the tile flooring section are stellar employees. They took my list of a mile long supplies that my husband made for me and gathered every last one with no questions asked for me! They were even price friendly in their selections! They even arranged for our supplies to be loaded for us. These guys are a asset to the company. Yay Home Depot! You will always have my business over those other guys and Thank You!
