Was great we looked for leather work tools and found what we needed looked all over the store had fun just seeing what was there found a lot of decor for the holiday and baking goods i loved all the stuff

A good deal of the shelves were empty. The products I wanted the store is no longer carrying. I wasted my time, my gas to get to the store.

Originally I went in to find brackets for a homemade picture frame. The gentleman convinced me of a different method for securing the mirror than what I preferred, Michael’s didn’t carry the hardware for how I originally wanted to complete the project. I agreed to bring the frame in later that day for Michael’s to complete it. The gentleman never provided a time frame, only if I brought in this huge frame Michael’s would take care of it. It took me awhile to drive back home, load the huge frame, 5’X4’, into my Jeep and drive back up. Granted I had to do a few honey do projects before going back to Michael’s. When I arrived, with shopping cart full of my project, a lady informed me that the gentleman was gone for the day. She advised that she didn’t know when he was going to be back, so I shouldn’t leave the frame at the store (I offered to leave it there so he could work on it and then call me when it was completed). The lady said that she was generally the closer and that she did not know how to do my project. When I attempted to explain the project she just kept telling me that they were going to close in 30 minutes and that she didn’t have time. That’s fine, I have options on where I can go and shop. Next time I will choose wisely and not choose Michael’s!

Came in a couple times to snag some clearance model cars and paints. The store was clean and organized. Prices were decent on most of the stuff I looked at and pretty amazing on the items I decided to buy. Workers were friendly.

The 5 stars go to the friendly staff. They are inviting and when I went in it was busy. Great job for working under pressure. I gave this store a over all 3. My reason is the little amount of space with in the store. It has a very clutter like feeling due to the square footage and amount of products. I would suggest to go in by yourself if your needing anything. I went in with my 2yrs old and she could definitely reach out and grab things from the cart no problem.

Great art store. Amazing variety of crafts and utensils, storage and wood crafting, yarn and jewelry making. Although it is a bit narrow in space inside. Therefore not very kid friendly. Various breakable items so i would not recommend for someone to bring small children.

I love. Love the store. It has everything you can want for crafting. I was disappointed. On the yarn section. I am used to 4-5 asles of yarn on a Michaels store and this one only had 2. They did have a few sale boxs . but over all it was a great store. Please add more yarn asles.

Love this place! They always carry the resin Im looking for. The employees are nice and friendly. However, I do wish they had more space in the store. Its gets frustrating. Sometimes if Im not careful, I get caught on things. And please train store workers throughly on what is where. I literally spent 10 minutes on trying to find mum cords. Though I chatted it up with a cashier who was extremely sweet, I like that everytime I see her, I never know what haircolor shes gonna do next lol!

I ordered online 5 fall bushes to put in my husband’s vase at the cemetery! I used PayPal to pay, money was taken out of my account on Sept 15. Today is Sept 24 and I have NOT received them😡. I have tried calling and can not talk to anyone, not even a computer! When I track my order, it says it has not been shipped but I got an email saying it was on its way! There is nothing I can do to resolve this issue! Not a happy customer in many ways‼️😡😡

I rarely go into Michaels without buying something to satisfy my art addiction lol! The Wichita Falls store has friendly customer service and a knowledgeable team to help you find exactly what youre looking for. I will say that sometimes it can be hard to find a team member if youre in the back of the store. So you might have to walk to the front and ask for help, but other than that Im very satisfied with my last visit!

I really enjoy trips to Michaels. Theyve got so many neat projects & ideas. I go into the store with a purpose and leave with at least 2-3 additional items. I love arts, crafts, projects & such. The employees are very helpful & super polite. The store is always extremely clean, smelling fresh with nothing out of place. So if your in need of any crafts supplies you can get anything imaginable here.

The staff was very helpful. Even though they were missing a couple of things I needed, they told me when to call back and they would check for me. They also do Teacher and Military Discounts EVERY DAY! I think both are 15%.

I ordered a frame before Thanksgiving with a pick up date of December 1. It is the 23rd of December and the frame is still not done. No updates on the progress or notifications that my product would be finished later than promised. Do not get you art framed here. Terrible service.

Welcomed when you walk in the door. Asking to help is so easy. They will take you straight to where you need to go. If out of something, they will find out when available. They want you to have the best shopping experience. If I could rate a 10, they would be a 20.

Although a small store they carry a good variety of crafting supplies. I was making T-shirt’s and the heat transfer vinyl was available and reasonably priced. I needed assistance and an associate was readily available. I am a Military Spouse and receive a discount. That is a great program. But they do need to advertise this. I will shop there again.

When they have what you need and you have coupons, its a great place to go. Note, however, this is a small store with somewhat less stock than the bigger Michaels stores I am used to. Go armed with coupons and you really cant go wrong.

Mehhhh. Staff isnt very familiar with some of the inventory and it is understaffed. They have some super cute Halloween stuff, though.

Great store. Couldnt find what I wanted, but clerk knew and took me right to item. Told me about special on item and then explained about military discount I would have on top of store special. Clerk that rang up my order was great. Had very pleasant personality and made trip to establishment an awesome experience.

There was a great deal going on but the best part was the woman who helped me pick frames and ultimately frame my grandmother’s 70+ year old priceless sketches and paintings. I needed to get them home for Christmas and was just passing through—they were done in two hours—NOW THAT IS GREAT SERVICE!!!

I have had several photographs and posters custom framed by Michaels in Wichita Falls. I have always been pleased with the quality and pride they take in their work!

Awesome place always has something on sale i need. Have specials on certain weekends or Fridays. Daily sales and you get coupons even during check out. I forgot my coupon anf they had a extra one and let me use it. Always getting new items in and even the unusual. Cant wait until my next visit.

Great store for a person who enjoys crafts. Great picture frames made there and already made. They have great sales, watch for fliers and on line. Sometime hard to find help in there so go in knowing what youre looking for.

Pretty well stocked for most crafts and has a reasonable supply of professional art materials.

The best place to buy craft items. I took my granddaughter to buy painting items. Reasonable prices, the help is very good.

Michaels has a decent selection of crafting and art supplies. They are open longer hours than Hobby Lobby. Best part is they offer teacher and military discounts.
