The customer service at StorkLand is outstanding! I purchased a swaddle from them and unfortunately the pattern I wanted sold out. Not only did I get a quick refund (the next day) but I also got a phone call telling me that is was unavailable so I wasn’t left waiting. The following day I received another message letting me know they had located my swaddle for me if I wanted to repurchase it. The amount of effort that was put forth helping me for $30 sale was impressive and I would definitely shop with them again.

Got my bogg bag here online. Finally was able to order one via pre-order and it arrived a couple weeks later. Fast shipping. They responded to my email questions quickly and sent tracking updates.

Anne was great to work with when purchasing a crib and changing table for our baby. There were a lot of delays with the items coming in from port, and she was on top of everything keeping me updated along the way. Would highly recommend!

Amazing customer service! I needed gifts for several different baby showers in Dallas, from registries that were not at Storkland. With Annes help, I was able to take care of multiple gifts via an online order. She even located some hard to find items and was able to include them in the shipment. I had my heart set on a particular bed for my daughter which I’d seen on several big-box websites, but they were all back ordered for over a month and I needed it sooner. In my continued search I discovered Stork Land. I gave them a call to check the availability and shipping process due to the pandemic. I spoke with Anne who was so gracious in explaining to me how she could do her best to get me the bed. In our communications she was always helpful and quick to respond. Within a few days we had the bed at our front door. My daughter is thrilled with the bed and I am thrilled with the customer service we received. Stork Land is wonderful! Anne has always gone above and beyond to help make sure we got exactly what we needed as our family grew. It is always fun and plesant to shop at Storkland. When I want something very special for a friends newborn or child or my grandchildren, I go to Storkland. They have been in Wichita Falls forever, I trust them and I love shopping there. Always something I have never seen but love for special childrens ocassions.

Bought an expensive pillow. Didn’t use it, wouldn’t take it back even with a receipt. Told me it was a personal item even though it wasn’t used and in original packaging because it left the store. Nowhere is that stated on any of their receipts or listed as a return policy. Refused to be helpful and were very rude. Will not patronize their business. Be aware of their return policies.

Had an amazing experience shopping online with Stork Land. We purchased (4) Wubbanub horse pacifiers from them however they had ran out of stock and they found out they were discontinued. Instead of just refunding me they called me and told me they were checking with some of their connections if they could find them somewhere. They came through with all four. You cant find these anywhere. Very thankful for their effort to make sure we received the product. They could have very easily just said nope we dont have them sorry!! Will be shopping online from them again forsure. Thank you so much for a great experience!!!

This place has the cutest things for babies and kids. They carry a wide variety of items from clothing to swings to strollers to furniture. The staff is very knowledgeable about all of the products and they offer demonstrations on products unfamiliar to you. They also have raffles for gift cards that you can enter just by them giving you an educational overview of products. Prices are comparable on most items you find at places like Walmart, Target, Babies R Us, etc...and some items seem a little higher priced, but that’s to be expected for a high quality, small business. I have bought several things from here including stroller/car seat combo and will continue to shop here as well as create my registry here.

My mother in law and wife were looking for a glider all over time and found the perfect one at Storkland. It is so nice to have wonderful, knowledgeable people right here in Wichita Falls. Shop local and you wont be disappointed! Thank you Vicki for a wonderful experience.
