Very good selection. It was a little stacked up. Looked like some kind of inventory. They only had one cashier but the line moved quickly.

Great selection. Pretty much has it all. Its a very large and very clean store with multiple entrances.

The store is easy to navigate and the staff are very knowledgeable and are happy to help you find what you need.

The staff was kind and the facility was organized. However, the book selection was awful. This BAM, had 3 shelves of Non-fiction and history (combined total is 3 shelves).The vast majority of this BAM is dedicated to Bibles (~300 different types) cook books (~1000s) and nonbook items (1/3rd of the store is dedicated to boardgames/toys).Books-A-Million needs to actually strive to meet the standard set forth by their name. They could learn a lot from the Tattered Cover chain in the Denver, CO area that literally has endless shelves of books with breadth and depth.

I found my favorite book series from highschool here. Bought all 4 books. I cant wait to go back

This is just a great nerd place. You have manga, books, games, plushies, and even records. There is a plethora of other stuff you can get. I highly recommend this place for geeks and nerds like myself.

I love the wide variety of subject matter covered in this bookstore and the little coffee shop is an added bonus. There are cool trinkets, toys, and gifts here as well. Its one of my happy places.

I think that this place is ok, I dont think that its great but again its a book store. I liked it personally but I feel like the prices of the books are a bit high. The staff is pretty nice most if the time. So overall I guess I think that I recommend this to you guys.

I love this place. My husband loves it. My kids love it. Their prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere is great! Theres something for everyone.

I love browsing this store. I also love that I can grab a coffee, a snack, and a magazine and sit and enjoy it. They have a wide selection and the staff are friendly and are quick to help you find what youre looking for. If they cant find it for you, theyll happily help order it, or direct you somewhere who could be of service. Thats top notch if you ask me!

Disappointed my daughters seafood Alfredo. The scallops were not fresh n fishy tasty. I ordered sirloin steak, medium. Received touch crispy well done dry steak. brought another streak. Seemed ok. No apologies from manager or complimentary dessert or discount. 50.00 for low to fair fair lunch.

Great selection of graphic novels! And if they do not have the book they are willing to order it for you! The staff is very helpful and friendly. Love that they host storytime for the kids on weekends! It is a great place to meet up with friends, drink a beverage, and buy books!

The prices are very pricey but pretty good place customer service employees be a little more nicer and polite my kids like to go in there and like to play with their toys and Ill make sure they pick them back up but they give me hugs and give my kids and my husband looks like are you going to buy something or are you going to leave I understand is a business where they get prophets when people buy things but we dont have the money all the time to buy things so it doesnt mean for them to look ugly at us. But there is a quite a handful of people that are very nice havent been there for a while every time I walk in I want coffee I think thats a real good combination Books-A-Million by the coffee I love seats to sit on have to hand it to Books-A-Million you are good

Incredible selection of books, gifts, series-themed memorabilia, etc. Helpful and polite staff. I recently arrived right before they were closing to grab a specific item, and the cashier was very friendly and even assisted me with signing up for the rewards program. I will be coming here regularly!

Very displeased at their business practices! They gave out my debt card number without my permission. Back in June they had a promotion going on with a magazine company where you can get free magazines if you spent so much money. So I was told I would get free magazines and I gave them my address and name and I told them I did not want to give them payment info and they said that I didnt need to give them any. I just got charged for those magazines and that company told me Books a million gave them my debit card info. They got it from my purchase but I made it clear to that lady that I was not want to give that company any debit or credit card info and they still gave it out any after I told them not too and she kept telling me over and over again that none of that would be used! Be very careful with their promotions because they are not what they seem. I was also told I would get a letter in the mail when my free subscriptions was over giving me the option to sign up if I didnt it wouldnt get anymore. Obviously they dont train their employees properly when it comes to these promotions they offered. It has caused me a lot of heartache and grief. Spending a lot of time on my phone trying to cancel it all.

Books a million is a good place to go spend a little time, get some coffee and read a book or magazine. Pick up something to read if you need it. With online shoppings rise, places like these keep closing, so Im glad to see theyre still open.

Pretty good book store. All employees are helpful, except for one woman who spoke loudly, was a know-it-all Negative Nancy ignoring me standing at the counter talking of someones personal life.When I was able to ask for the book, I wanted, she actually criticized the author, Bob Proctor!!Umm... someone should require this woman to recite his work daily when she clicks in.

Not really much to say.. Such an amazing store! They almost always have the book you’re looking for, (and for the record the coffee is amazing there) and most importantly the staff is always super nice and super helpful.

I Went Here For The Very First Time A Little Over A Week Ago. One Of The Best Bookstores I Had Been Too! They Have A Big variety on Travel Books, and I Found Exactly what I wanted. I Would Recommend This Place to Anyone who is looking for a New Book.

Great place to get your most common books and supplies needed for school. However this happens to be the only bookstore in the local area. Not exactly sure why, however the only other option is to order what you need online. Plus they dont always have what you may need.

I was looking for some books. Books-A-Million happened to have books. Excellent job books-a- million! I will go there again next time I need a book. Hopefully you dont run out of books by then.

Great selection of items, but there never seems to be anyone around working. This particular time the line was getting 15+ people and no one came out (you could hear someone talking off in the little room). Another employee came back from their break and asked the person in the room why no one was up front and they didn’t realize whoever was supposed to be there wasn’t there either.

Good selection if it was released in the last 6 months. Everything non book related is high. No decent place to read.

Mostly geared for children, Harry Potter themed section, and the gamers, young teens. They did have clearance sales but no one to offer any help. Not really geared for a crafter or crocheter since that section was down to like 5 books which I had to search the whole store to find the shelf they were on. They do have a good variety of magazines for the crocheter. Thus the 4 stars. But they sure are expensive! And thats not the stores fault. The cashier did say good bye when I left empty handed.

Great store..with supplies.but workers did not go out of there way to offer help or even act friendly and cheerful just acted like they were there because they had to be.. not a nice experience in the store.

Great atmosphere and a wonderful coffee shop. The books are standard market price, but they do have a discount card which is very useful for those who love to read. And it is also good in the coffee shop.

Not real organized. Kind of a mess. Books hard to find. Was there for a while and no employees asked if i needed help or aknowledged me even though i was wondering aimlessly around. Asked for help was told they didnt have book but they did so their system isnt updated. Also overheard another customer asking for help. They told her they had a book but they didnt. So some stuff is a little off. But the person who did help me was very friendly.

Love books. Books-a-million has books. It is a win-win situation. You like records? They got those. Kid books? They got em. Harry Potter? Yep, plus merch. Board games, coffee, cards, even some toys... Its a fantastic place to find a gift for someone, hang out, or treat yo self.

I came in to complete a survey on Rand McNally section. Once I completed this, I got an opportunity to check out the rest of the store. You can smell the aroma of coffee throughout the entire store, and thats not a problem because it smells great like Starbucks. Just looking at all the books made me wanna buy something and read it at home. The wifi is also free and decent speed. And especially during the holidays, this store has a good selection of gifts for family and friends. I will shop here again.
