Great selection and I got most of my things on sale!! Was asked by multiple employees if I needed help. Got help finding correct style of shoe in my size & later another guy took my shoes to the front so I could kept my arms free to continue shopping. Very friendly and helpful!!

Needed comfortable new shoes for work and this is always the first and best place to check. Lots of great brands at great prices. The fact that you can get a 2nd pair 1/2 off is always a plus.

Incredibly helpful store associate and super friendly cashier made this visit my best ever at this location even though I was rushing to try to get out of public as quickly as possible. All employees were wearing masks without seeming grumpy about it which is really nice when compared to other stores in the area.

Good service and prices, but they dont keep a very good inventory of certain sizes. No one likes finding a style they like, only to be told they are out of the size youre looking for.

They had what I wanted and was in and out in 5 minutes.

The buy one get one half off makes the prices competitive but you have to be willing to pay more than if you were originally just going to get a single pair of shoes. Selection is alright but it isnt very expansive. Great to browse if you have a brand you prefer like Nike or Roxy.

I am a disabled veteran and unable to wear a mask due to injuries received while active duty. I was happly shopping like I would normally do for my family of 7. When a gentlemen approached me and asked me if I had a mask. I told him my situation and he responded that I had to leave. I will no longer shop here......Amazon wins again!

Good shoes at good prices

Their thing is the buy one, get the next 1/2 off. Quite an impressive selection they have, too. Im a simple guy, though. Im not growing anymore, so I just walked in, looked for a shoe that had the price and capabilities I wanted, and left. Found a good deal, too ($40 for an Asics running shoe). 15 minutes, if that, I spent inside.

A great place to get shoes. Theyve got a pretty nice selection of tennis shoes, fancier dress shoes, name brand (Nike, Adidas & more) slides & flip-flops. All of that and more.

I had issues, at least 2 of the styles I wanted to try on had the wrong mates. A pair my daughter tried on had a strap broken. We found the mate to one pair and mated up the size I didnt need in the other. The sales associate hunted every where but still had no luck finding the mate for my size.

If I could give 0 stars.....I would!!!! From the time I walked into the store.....I was followed. Went to the very back of the store....used the ladies room....and walked through every isle looking for school shoes....and was followed by the same employee. She even ignored helping other customers to follow me & my husband around...I was about to spend $150 in this store until I realized I was being stalked all the way up to the register. There were tons of other people in the store & I guess I just looked like I couldnt afford Shoe Carnival......smh.....POOR POOR POOR customer service!!!!
