This rosewater & ivy anti-bacterial hand gel is everything. It smells so good that i dont need to wear any perfume or body spray. Staffs were super polite. Ill be visiting again!!

Bath and body works products are amazing. However, their online customer service people are terrible. They are rude, snarky, and they lie to you.Because of that reason I will unfortunately not be purchasing from this company ever again.

Ashley and Daniel are the best, a few days ago I drove over 2 hrs to that store to get a coupon issue resolved because my nearest store in Lawton would not do it for me. I did call in advance, and Daniel was the one who answered. I explained the issue, and after consulting with Ashley, they told me to come on down.....It was worth the drive! I will make the drive again and again! Very clean and organized store, and they also had more mens selection than the others Ive been to! Thanks Ashley and Daniel!

I love this store. They have great sales constantly. They are constantly changing their fragrances. Some of which I really enjoy but they have discontinued others that I have a really liked. The store is always clean bright and inviting. This place is always packed, so be prepared for A-line.

Good place to buy gifts for the wife and family.

My wife and I really like B&BW. All of the staff are very helpful and seem to always be smiling. Hoping they increase the mens selection and bring back C.O. Bigalow stuff. As for the womens stuff my wife loves it and I enjoy her smelling great!!

I can only assume that in my visit the workers were too busy restocking over priced soaps and lotions to provide me with a simple hello. I can only assume that asking for assistance would be asking too much. I will not be returning to this particular location.
