Some of the shelves were barren however about half way up those isles there was evidence of restocking and new merchandise placement. The floors could have been swept but I chalk that up to the restocking that appeared to have stopped to assist other customers. I went for colored hair clip-ins. They have quite a variety! I wish they had neon yellow clip-ins but I was able to get one of each color and two in school colors. My girls will be decked out in school colors for homecoming. Ill be back!

I just called the store and asked some difficult questions about my sons Halloween costume.I was greeted by an employee name Lacie.Her phone skills and professionalism was top ranl3.When she didnt know the answer she asked someone and found the information that I needed to know.I dont know if she has received a raise recently or not but she is definitely deserving.Great attitude and great customer rapport.

Highly recommend if you need any type of party supplies. They have plastic cups, knifes, all utensils and balloon, etc., in every color you can imagine. I was also very excited to find plastic flute glasses for champagne! (They also have those in many colors.)

The place is clean but not as much selection as I expected I guess. The prices are kind of high also. Id suggest dollar stores because of prices but party city does have more selection just not as vast as I wanted.

This store has everything I need for any occasion. It is well organized by theme and color so finding exactly the right items is quick and easy. The staff have always been very friendly and willing to help. They also have cute holiday decor for the house.

Has decor and other items for pretty much any party theme! My org has used them for all our major event themes; space, red carpet, 1920s, and gold.

We went to find my son a Halloween costume. It was very clean and organized and the staff was very nice.When we got home and my son tried on his costume, it was ripped on the seam of the leg. I called party city and told them about it and they said I could bring it in and exchange it. They were very nice and helpful.***FELLOW SHOPPERS** look your customes over!! Dont let the staff rush your decision. Make sure they are not ripped.

That person actually happens to be a very well spoken and is wonderful at customer service even when it is busy. Party City does well to have her there even if its PT.
