All the used or older games are cheaper online. Not many to pick from either. But the people that run the store are knowledgeable and helpful (5 stars for employees), but the rest of the store not so much.

Good service. Very clean and well laid out floor plan made it easy to browse and find everything fast. Great location if u like a store that is in the middle of all the most popular and busy locations in Wichita Falls

Its a small store, but it covers pretty much all you could need for console gaming and nerdy apparel. The staff is wonderful, kind, and very helpful.

Over priced and low trade in....

Almost every game has a new and a pre-owned price tag on it. You walk up to the counter expecting to purchase a pre-owned game at a reduced price only for the clerk to say, we dont have that in stock pre-owned. Why put the sticker on there with the reduced price if you dont have it in stock? Very disappointed in the explanation that I got that they do this due to marketing. Dont put the pre-owned sticker on a game if you dont have it in stock.

Dont ever hope that you recieve anything from Gamestop. Still waiting on my order that released 2 months ago. What is the purpose of a preorder that I ordered back in May and still dont have? They blame it on the warehouse and then tell you it shipped, then lie to you telling you a date, then 2 days after that date passes, still dont have it. Recant on what they said telling me its at the warehouse. Worst customer service ever.

Great place get video games

Got here 5 mins before they opened and waited, called and even knocced on the door.... No service. I called the land line posted on the door and was told they opened at 12pm. Waited outside patiently until 12:45pm and called again still not open. There were employees inside playing demos and their phone at the counter. Worse experience ever

Says they open at 12pm. Went in at 1pm to preorder a console. Was told the sold out early that morning because they had a opening at 10am. No notice to anyone that put in a notify me on their website when preorder was available.

Did not look like the Game Stop I am used too.

Gamestops has a good selection of collectibles and games, but I have been disappointed as of late. Last two trips I had a game with which I wanted to walk out of the store and a used game promotion of which I wanted to take advantage; however I could not. Both time were due to not having games in stock. CEST la vie. Staff have gotten much better lately. They strive to be helpful instead of pushy. And I still walk out feeling that they tried their best to make me happy.

Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I came here the day after Christmas to get some games for a new console I got. The guy I spoke to was very helpful finding me games I would like and did not try to upsell me to anything I didnt want or need. I even picked up a game off the shelf and he warned me it required Xbox Live which I did not have, so he saved me some money and headache there. I respect that a lot. I ended up buying some other games instead so they still got the sales.

I went in September and bought a game for my nephew for his birthday when he tried to play it the game NEVER even turned on. I live out of town and have the receipt with me so I couldn’t return it.Then just the other day when my mom went in a bought a game, opened it up, and it was SCRATCHED so bad. Luckily she lives so she will be able to return it.Super annoying that the 2 times we’ve been there recently we’ve received this kind of merchandise.

They tried to shove sales down my throat. Literally, every 30 seconds while I’m looking at product an employee would come up to me. And not different employees. Like the same employees every time. Aka all of them. I’ll just keep my business at game Exchange down the road. They have classic games and better deals.

There are some good people who work there but then there are several who treat customers like they are cattle. Ive been insulted several times in that store and harassed by the workers. They just have this attitude like they are better than you and its really annoying. The manager rosco is really cool and will always give you a good deal though! I suggest asking for him.

Slow but just a little, should have more staff on hand. Especially during conference call... but they are attentive to the customer.

They are very helpful and they go out of their way to find what a customer wants. Love the little nerds here, they like older ppl too.

Really we need an ID to trade In games now. The last time I checked this was GameStop not gamexchange and I cant even show them it on my phone it has to be physical

Pre ordered an item & never got a call or an email that it was in store, went to check on it there was one on but it was messed up of course & the person helping argued with me saying that they called.

It was great they offered you another deal and if you didnt accept it they wouldnt keep bothering you about it personally I think thats a good thing I also got bonus deals like shark card cash when I bought gta v new and other stuff like that

Bought a Funko Mystery box tonight, opened it (btw thank you game stop for breaking the seal and opening it before I could) once getting to my car I opened it to see what I got, it was pretty awesome, till I saw one of the figures packaging was damaged and ripped open, sorry but I collect figures and rule one, if its open, its worthless to a collector. So I went back into the store to see if I can get a trade on the figure or atleast get a refund, no joke I walked back in there no more then 2 minutes after I got the box, I wasnt tryin to be rude but I just wanted what I paid for, end of story, the man there had NO customer service skills, lack of knowledge on just about everything related to my issue, in the end I was able to get a figure trade but the guy made me feel like my time and money was not of value to them. Thank goodness I live in Lawton cause our 3 stores rock and your 1 store is a hot mess and sucks at everything game related and customer service. Good luck staying in buisness.

Its a pritty awsome place to get games and assessors for spisificly the ps3 but when it comes to almost everything else I go to game exchange for the price and how good the quality of the games and assessors are still In dont get me wrong I love game stop they got me out of a jam before like once I bought the call of duty blackops 3 veteran collector military coin walked out of the store and I kid you not I didnt step more than 2 steps and the coin dropped on to the road and was scrached and dented all over so I took it in side to ask if I could get a trade and I showed him the coin ... he walked over to the counter and handed me a new one so I thank you game stop I collect military coins so I hate when they are scrached and dented so they are better than most gameing stores

Overpriced games and controllers for a ps3 there madden 17 is $34 dollars and controllers are $25. Over priced when I can go to Game Exchange and get half off
