Store attendant was in quite a unfriendly mood. Did not offer help or extend an invitation to browse. Spent most of the time back talking on the phone about lazy co workers. While checking out my one item yes only one item I felt distinctly unwelcome. Nice assortment of items but definitely over priced. 15.99 for wrinkled faded 👕. Might go back if different person is there.

Went in today and left right away. The lady working was so rude. Upscale Resale has much nicer things and the ladies there are so kind.

You can get really nice things for a pretty cheap price. They only sell stuff for women but other than that is pretty nice.

Love love love Legacy consignment on Ray Road! The storys not huge but it is always so nice and filled with lovely very gently used clothing. You can find some thing for everyone in every size. They always have a nice selection of Shoes and Handbags as well!

The store is clean with a wide variety of clothing items. Pricing is great and even found several pairs of shoes on sale.

I have always loved shopping here, clean and clothing displayed very nicely. I have never had a problem until Saturday. I bought and tried on 3 tops. I took them home, I have a very bright light in my closet. I noticed on the back of one of the tops there were very light stains on the back. I took it into the store on Monday, and was told she could not help me but come back on Tuesday when owner was in and she could help me. Drove 50 mile round trip to take it back. I walked in and said I just wanted to exchange it. She pointed to a small sign sitting on the far right side of counter. No exchanges or refunds. She was un sympathetic to my issue. She told me she was sorry and said it might be part of the pattern. I told her I would not wear it and handed it to her. She told me she would donate it. I will not go back this was the worst customer relations I have ever experienced. Customer satisfaction is non existent here. I suggest a bigger sign in plain view and inspecting products at register

My favorite resale shop in the whole world! I both buy and sell there. Excellent staff, good rotation of merchandise, most of all consigners that fit both my style and taste! Love it, love it, love it!
