The store was very clean and stocked but I had to wait close to 5 minutes for a cashier.The store was empty.

Only getting one star cause I have to put something. Every time I order my daughters prescription something always is wrong, whether it be a medicine that is expired or then receiving my daughters prescription but when I go to pick it up telling me they sent it back due to insurance not covering it. Other pharmacies would tell me at the time I get there insurance didn’t cover but I could contact my doctor or pay however much it is, this was not an option. So the next day we come up there and get told the doctor didn’t authorize it so we couldn’t have the medicine and that’s “just they way it works ma’am”. Not sure how the doctor can send in a medication but that doesn’t make it authorized? Never had any issues with any other pharmacy besides this one especially on old Jacksboro. Would never recommend to anyone.

Terrible experience. I didnt have insurance and wanted to pay out of pocket. The lead pharmacist wouldnt let me buy them out of pocket because he thought I couldnt afford it. I told him I could still pay for it but he told me to leave and just go shop around the store. Jow dare someone say you cant have your prescription even if you have the money for it.

Theres a reason why the pharmacy is rated so bad. They take hours to have your prescription ready, phone never gets answered just to check status on your prescription. If youre really sick or in pain go somewhere else. Youll suffer even longer if you decide to get your prescription here.

The manager is prejudiced rude, and he told me if I don’t get out of the store she will come out and beat my face in! I paid for my items in Dallas and have no way to go back to return it!! Because I’m on my way to Utah, she told me there’s something fishy going on and that he will not do it and that I have to go back to Dallas thank he called other CVS places and told him not to do it the worst person I’ve ever met not even customer service I’m talking about the worst person!! Swearing at people lying to them and threatening them that is got to be illegal or against CVS policy.

Incredibly rude, incompetent staff. You wont get your medications here half the time. If they need to do any work at all, they just tell you it doesnt exist or cant be done. They get the names and medication codes wrong, wont listen or answer questions, tell you something is ready when it isnt or isnt when it is. The staff are angry and treat you like an inconvenience. Basically everything that can be wrong with a pharmacy is wrong here.

Came here for the shot. great customer service in the pharmacy, in the back giving the vax, and up front. had several people check up on me after receiving the vax. very friendly and kind.

Carol was wonderful!!! We are on vacation and I forgot to pack my insulin. She tried several attempts to get me an emergency supply. She suggested I call WellCare and explain my situation. I found out I can get my medicines twice a year if I am away from home. I thanked Carol. She went that extra mile for us

The pharmacy is a joke !! They know their fax machine does not work properly but refuse to do anything about it !! I have to go back and forth between them and my Dr. To get my meds. Dr. Will fax info but they never get it and refuse to pick up the phone and call the Dr. Office !!! So sick of them but my insurance works through them.

The 2 ladies behind the registers today were very rude and unprofessional. Never coming to this store again and would advise others not to. Blonde short hair older lady and dark colored hair in ponytail have zero interaction skills and severely lack customer service skills. Zero stars if I could.

What a horrible place, the manager, followed me around like I was going to still something, then accused me and looked through my pockets, then apologized and told me I should leave!!

They do what they say they will do. They get your refills approved quickly and text you when ready. The best pharmacy in town, and I have used many.

Do not get your photos done here horrible rude staff (no wonder self service is king)walmart is better and much cheaper.And respect your elders.

This is my pharmacy and has been for many years, the pharmacist is always very kind, accommodating and helpful and so is the rest of the team there. In all my years of going, I literally cant think of one bad experience! Best CVS in town in my opinion.

This cvs is close to where I live. I highly recommend you DO NOT go here for photos. I sent in my underwater disposable camera here, They said it would take 2 weeks and that was at the beginning of June. I went back at the end of June and they still did not have it. They said they would call me when they get it. (never did) I had an inkling to not get it developed there because their photo center is a mess and I was right. Now its October and Ive lost all hope I will ever get my photos back...long story short just go to Walmart to get your film developed. Its probably cheaper and faster. #lessonlearned

Shopper beware. Had a prescription at another pharmacy and had it switched to cvs. Then surprise, surprise they took it on themselves to cut the amount of pills in half and I was still paying the same price.Took my prescription to Walmart and it is cheapest all around.Cvs called and found me a surprise discount and it was still higher than Walmart’s list price.Beware, beware!

I love how nice the workers are.i love this store!!-always clean the pharmacy is awesome too......

Knew where to send me for what I needed

(Pharmacy )Took them 2 days to give them my medicine .When usually it wouldve taken 30 minutes.Ugly attitude .They just decided not to prepare my medicine because it was too expensive .Never again .
