If you need some furniture, go talk to Stacie! She hooked us up, my wife really wanted a specific entertainment center, but it was out of stock here. That didnt stop Stacie, she called 2 other stores to check their inventory to find us exactly what the wife asked for. I began my Sunday shopping day as usual, on the internet. I saw the Big Lots ad had two items i was interested in and i was there soon after opening. When i went to check out the clerk informed me that the sale did not start for another week. Embarrasment aside, i think its dirty pool to run an ad a full week in advance, although the clerk was very nice about it. Thus the two stars instead of zero.

We bought a sectional and a dining room set. Great price, great quality and great service!

I picked up my squirrel feed in a 10pound it was better price than Walmart.look like it had more peanuts in it was cheaper than Walmart. keep up the good prices.

Didnt realize they had furniture but, I was so excited to be able to buy a rocker recliner completely fabulous.

I am always looking for a bargain and this is definitely a place to find one. They carry pretty normal things but they do offer the occasional unusual item so you always have an element of surprise if you are perusing the aisles. The staff is always very helpful and the store is surprisingly well kept and maintained. I say surprisingly because, generally, stores of this type have a tendency to be in disarray, but the employees seem to do a good job of keeping things together, even throughout the day. I have purchased many items here and have never been disappointed with any of my purchases. They also offer a reward program which is tied to your email so that you get notifications of deals that could be of interest to you.

Big Lots can be an ideal place depending upon what youre looking for at the time. For example, back in December, I was looking for Christmas decorations after the holidays. They had quite the inventory of stuff I wanted that I got at 80% off. Back during last summer, they had the best couches around compared to other furniture stores that were name brand, like Ashleys. While the store is cleaned at all times and the aisles are big enough, especially their furniture section to the right of the entrance, the atmosphere itself does seem a little dull with the lack luster wall color and lighting.

I love our big lots here in Wichita Falls, everyone there is so nice. I had some questions about furniture today a king size bed and Stacie was very helpful in answering all my question and letting me know how to apply for the payment plan. Hopefully soon Ill get to go back and get my king size bed. The store is also always nice and clean and they have a lot of things in there I cant find anywhere else. I have been in a few big lots but ours here is the cleanest and the best. Keep the good work up, its a pleasure to shop there. Toni Walker.

Youre greeted as soon as you walk into the store. They have specials and markdowns and a wide selection of items. The peanuts come in a big can at a reasonable price. Great prices on a lot of the food there from canned veggies to chips to cookies!

Went in on a Saturday to pick up a sofa and recliner. Recliner was out of stock but was told more would arrive Tuesday. I expressed my intent to purchase the two so the employee printed me off a quote so when I came back on Tuesday to get the sofa and recliner they would honor the price.They did not honor their sale price and their quotes are “only good for the same day.” This was not expressed when I went in. I don’t expect high customer service from a discount store, however, anything more than the zero effort attempted to resolve the matter would have been welcome.

I really didnt realize that I liked Big Lots as much as I do until I found myself going there more than I imagined I would. I bought my queen size bed from there and a whole bunch of other furniture and home type items. They have a pretty decent size selection. The service is friendly and helpful, so that was a good thing for me right from the start. I found most items that I was looking for and so far after a couple years those items are still working for me. Theres plenty of parking outside and a receiving doc for trucks like Uhaul for when you come to pick up your bed or whatever. They Big Lots employees gladly load it up for you but unfortunately they do not deliver. Hope they start to someday. So they get four stars from me because I actually always have a good experience shopping there. Minus one star because they dont deliver the goods to your house but oh well.

Awesome. A cashier in the furniture department by the name of Michael was extremely friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable of his job. I had almost given up on my search but I found exactly what I was looking for.

I love this store. The food selection have unique items as well as some stable items at a good price. Sometime you can find name brand toys at a great clearance price! They staff are always friendly and helpful as well.

For those who dont know, Big Lots offers quality name brand products at outlet prices. Wichita Falls location is clean, well organized, and easy to navigate through. At least a third of staff has been there for 5+years, so they are knowledgeable, as well as helpful & friendly.

Very clean, organized & they even sold us the Christmas tree display because they didnt have the same one in stock!!!

Enjoyed walking around looking at everything. Took our items up to check out and Rigo was our cashier. He was very pleasant and checked us out in a timely manor.

I always think of these stores as a pick and hunt shop. you never really know whats going to be there. got a few items for around the house at a good price. Cashier was fast and friendly. Not sure if they are reorganizing the store but none of the overhead signs match what was in the aisles.

They have everything in a one stop shop! You can get everything from furniture to a can opener in this store and its far less expensive than that extra large chain store where people like to act and dress like a fool!!!

I like big lots. It use to be the place to go for lower prices. Not anymore. They have become expensive. Customer service is always good.

We were intentionally mislead. Their salesman employed deceitful tactics to make a sale, baiting us with promises of a $50 reward to be used anytime on future purchase (he specially said ANYTIME, and when we asked if there was an expiration he replied plainly, “no”.)We went to go buy a mattress for my son today and had all of the previous paperwork and were told the $50 reward had expired and it was just too bad.It is our position that this store intentionally encourages deceitful tactics to manipulate customers. What they have done is eliminated this customer. And I thought others may want to be warned.

Great store for affordable furniture

This is one of those stores that resells items other stores dont want. You can get great deals, especially using the reward card, but some food items might not be any good.

I always enjoy shopping here especially for home goods, their unique selection of seasonings, spices & other foods products. As well as a large selection of laundry cleaning products & clearance section.

The store is very nice and I had to say that the 2 employees that helped us out went out of there way to help us. So I would like to let you know that though all of the store weve been in we will be back

Ive always liked their furniture, but I had to use their delivery service due to not having a truck. The delivery guy is incredibly greedy and he is rude. I live less than 5 minutes from the store. When he got to my house he made it clear he wasnt doing anything except setting the furniture in the living room. On top of that he over charged me, 70 dollars for a 4 minute drive? Ok. I asked if he had change, he was rude about that too handing me all ones and short one dollar. Asked if I could afford a one dollar tip. A tip? For what? Being greedy? This was 100% not worth it and I will never use big lots delivery services again.
