Company promotes a police for discount but store manager told employees they was not allow to do discount.Poor Poor customer service and a sorry store manager...Will start get product from Jym web sight and stop supporting GMC in the mall

Did not enjoy my visit here all they did was try to upsale me to buy something I wasnt looking for didnt answer the questions I asked appropriately the staff was actually pretty rude and treated me in a condescending manner! Would not recommend going here unless you know exactly what your looking for whether it be vitamins or supplements you could find any of these in another nutrition store!

Well we had a good experience here not sure what yall are talking about below but Chris (pretty sure thats his name if not Ill ask next time to edit review) is very patient with my picky sensitive tummy husband we had to return an item and swap out and felt very bad but were assured it was fine he truly cares about the customer needs and made us feel comfortable and did not try to over sell us etc so we will be back and are very grateful to have such a helpful person to help us at this gnc. We have been to many gncs in larger cities with poor help so we are very happy to have found a great location and help for our fitness needs. Highly recommend!!!

As a business how are they going to say that they open at 10am and then still be closed 😐😑

Lots of options, but overpriced. Employees way too focused on upselling and getting you to buy stuff you dont want or need.

Tried to buy 2 gnc brand proteins asked if I buy to at one time can I get buy one get one half off. I said a lot of gnc stores do that deal if there manager says ok. He said no we dont have that deal we cant do that deal and he wouldnt call to see if they was possible. Not good customer service in my book. 100 dollar sale turned into nothing.
