If u own your mobile home, have no kids at home, ration water & electricity, it takes at least $750.00 a month just for lot rent, basic necessities, & utilities. If you cant mow your grass thats another $90 a month . If you water your yard you will be billed with additional sewer usage. Lot Rent is raised $30 every 18-24 months.

No repore with Tennants. Some lots allowed to have junk. Others singled out. Entryway mobile home. Broken windows. Non-mantained. Looks bad. Roads pot holes.
