Rude staff, and not helpful at all! walked in and about 5 of them huddled around computer! NO OFFER to help, or ask what do yall need. We bought several boxes, and other items. I paid cash and that messed them all up WAITING 15 minutes just to pay for boxes! LOUSY service, bad attitudes. we will NEVER be back!

Paid almost $400 for a hitch installation... that was a month ago and my moving date is close. They missed the reservation date twice and still have not refunded my money.Edit:They checked their inventory and received the hitch yesterday. I am pleased that they were available to install it immediately. The guy that took my car seemed knowledgeable and trustworthy. He also finished it within 2 hours. So, Im moving to 3 stars.

Rude staff and horrible customer service. The guy who is real short was very rude slamming his name tag down on the counter and so was the girl who came at me in a threatening way. People do have concealed handgun license in Texas. It would be smart to think before you charge someone. Glad I was able to get my business done and will not continue to do it at this location. I rent uhauls usually about 8 to 10 times a year.

I had a very easy and helpful experience at this store. They were also very nice and helpful through my moving process.

This is the place to go if you need to pickup a rental truck or trailer.I used online reservation this time and it was super quick and easy and I was even able to add stuff at the counter 😃

I went to the location on June 29th and reserved a van from July 1st to 8th. Later that day I was called by corporate to say the location was wrong and the van was reserved from 2nd to 4th and I could pick it up on July 4th. Its July 3rd and I just got a text that the people had have it extended until July 5th...reservations can be Frustrating...but once I got it Mario and the folks there were great.

Wait times for pickup and drop off are too long all of the times (four in total over 5 years). Employees seemed spread thin. Most employees are friendly and helpful, but a couple times theyve made me feel like a burden.Online checkin is nice, but doesnt help if you picking up during a busy time.Overall, this place is tolerable.

Mario, Erica and staff were very friendly and helpful, definitely recommend this place.

Stopped here today around 2:00 just passing through from Seattle, needed help with my trailer wiring, the guy at the counter was very helpful and went above and beyond to get me back on the road.. Great service Thank You!

The guy at the U-haul location wasnt very friendly. I made a mistake in where I parked because Ive never been there & he was quite rude about it. I apologized & explained that I hadnt picked the truck up from this location & I was disabled & it was hard for me to walk all the way around & I didnt know because I wasnt from here, I had just moved here (its my very first time being here) & he finally was a little nicer but never apologized.

I don’t recommend using this place. They do not honor what other U-Haul locations have promised and not willing to do anything to correct the issue. The staff was not friendly and they were more worried about other issues than my concerns.

I arrived at this place after my fourth consecutive night with fewer than 4 hours of sleep during a cross-country move. I was super short fused and would happily have gone nuclear with the slightest provocation. Instead I was greeted with incredibly helpful and kind employees who went above and beyond to help me and my wife. They provided us with directions on how best to get our 26 for truck situated next to our storage unit, and then wound up moving it for us when they had a lull in their customers. They comped us a storage unit when the only one they had was too small to fit all our stuff. They hooked us up with a free dolly to unload. They set up a dedicated light for us as we were vacating our storage units weeks later. Just A+ service and class acts all-around! I highly recommend this uhaul location!

Guy that took my reservation here was not courteous. I felt very unwelcome. It was over the phone and the voice sounded like a middle aged male and slightly feminine. (I say that as a description to help management, Im not biased towards anyone for their pursuit of happiness.)

Around 7:30 I went to UHaul on Kell to have my propane tank filled. I was told it would be 1 1/2 to 2 hours before anyone could help me. The gentleman on the forklift was the only one authorized to service. Thank goodness I was not in a big hurry. It would have only took a few minutes of his time to fill my tank.

Staff was helpful and professional. Didnt take long to get a truck and wasnt overpriced. Definitely using them again for my next move

Awesome service the first time. They even replaced a fuse for me that was bad. May not seem a big thing, but that is customer service.

Has good prices on boxes and bed bug proof mattress covers. Their trucks are in good condition, if maybe a little pricy.

This is the best Uhaul i have ever been to. The service is great and the people seem to know what theyre doing. The associate i delt with was a little odd, but he took care of everyone of my concerns and made me laugh. I would recomend this center over any other just because of him. Ask for justin

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - It is 4:40 on Saturday 3/31/18 and they close at 7pm, but wouldnt let us get propane. JUST SHUT IT DOWN IN FRONT OF US
