I always read reviews before hiring and Furniture Medic has excellent ones. The seat cushion and lumbar support on our leather reclining sofa had broken down on one side and was no longer comfortable. When I called for info, Candace reassured me that this is a common repair that they do. Tim was prompt on pickup day. Since the seat cushion does not lift off, he explained that they would go in from underneath and replace the seat cushioning and add cushion to the lumbar with no repair showing on top. And it was returned on the date promised. We were impressed that everything happened exactly as scheduled, which seems to be rare these days. We are more than pleased with the communication and service we received from Furniture Medic.

Nice folks, fixed up my Lane Big Boy recliner right nice. Added webbing & thick foam where the busted coil springs were & charged a seemingly fair price, a few hours of work at a pre-scheduled appointmenttime. So far, so good 👍🙂

Took in 3 upholstered countertop dinning chairs that needed a few foot rests and other support bars reworked. Everything looks great and the cream colored upholstery is as spotless as the day I took them in.

We recently had three couches reupholstered. Furniture Medic was recommended by our local Ethan Allen sales person and the company gave us a reasonable quote that we accepted. The company staff were very helpful with our questions and came out to our house, both to pick up and deliver the couches. Jason, who is the owner, came out not only when they delivered the finished couches, but also when we experienced a problem in the quality of the pillows. We were very impressed that the company stood behind their products and services, unlike many companies today, and that the owner came out himself to fix the issue. Should the need arise in the future, we will be sure to use them again.

Furniture Medic has great, friendly customer service. They tend to every furniture repair need. The work has amazing quality that restores your furniture to its former glory. The cost is fair and price varies on the different kinds of repairs.

Repaired our kirchen chairs like new. Quality craftsmen. You get what you pay for. If it has upholstery or simple oak, they can make it appear floor model ready. Long repair time because they are perfectionists.
